P3 & bacon

WOW today is day P3 day 1 and I just ate 4 or 5 slices of bacon, and I just looked at the ingredents and it has sugar am I dead or will I be ok? Thanks

I'm sure you'll live I'd just see what happens. Were you lc'g before with this brand of bacon? I'd buy a different brand next time but I wouldn't worry too much.

Well, I eat it all the time and I am still here!!! You will be fine. As long as the whole package was not consumed and you said you didn't have the whole package!!! I don't necessarily concern myself with the tiny bit of sugar they use in bacon, but there are brands without it.

I have heard that Gwaltney is without sugar. You still have to read the label to see which one is without, but that is the brand I have seen mentioned before. I have found it in my Wal-Mart.

Thanks, will have to check Walmart when I am on P3. Never heard of that brand, so we may not have it up here.

well I did gain but, I also ate 4 Tums cause my stomach was upset and guess what first ing. was yup sugar. So I was up 1.8

Probiotics are better than Tums!!! They will get your tummy right again.
