So, how did the HhCG get from the manufacturer to the place you bought/ordered it from to your home (mailed?) without being shaken? I mean, by the time we get it home, it's been shaken to h*ll and back.

I do the tapping to "activate" before taking it.

I'm not always home at dose time, so I carry my bottle with me in my purse. Well, there again, it's being shaken.

When we tap it to "activate" the hhcg, it is shaking it up also.

Homeopathic solutions are shaken at every stage of their dilution in the process of making them. I wouldn't worry about it!

What brand are the 1 calorie sprays? never heard of them? might be good in p3 and 4 sometimes. I've used the Maplegrove Farms zero cal salad dressing and it's not bad. It isn't protocol but I've used it with no issues.YMMV.

I've been turning my bottle upside down and tapping it on the bottom, pretty hard, for more than 10 times. Ugh, I hope I didn't screw that up. I've also carried it in my purse to work and I've stored it in the frig since I got it. Everything that I'm not supposed to do. Great. Can't undo it now. Next time I purchase the hHCG - I'll do things differently.

I have lost pounds! I'm doing well and not even hungry. I sure wish we had known all of this about hHCG before! We really should have a sticky about just hHCG.

I'm not close to TOM yet and I do feel thinner...I know I have lost weight it just discourages me to see a gain or no loss...especially when I am being so good. I am even anal about the whole shampoo and conditioner thing and tend to use vinegar and rain water only. I use Crystal deodorant...no creams, etc.

I have wondered though....I have handles raw chicken and beef and cut the fat off. I am not using gloves but I do it quickly and then wash my hands right away...could that be my problem??

The only other thing it may be is that I have added spices (but I have checked for sugars) so just chili powder and cinnamon...could that be the problem?

I'm definitely no expert since I'm only on day 6 including loads but maybe you need more veggies? I thought we could have more veggies to make up the calories as long as we didn't go over 500 calories total.......I definitely am eating as many as I can shove in and still not reaching 500 calories but maybe that would help? Hope things have started moving in the right direction for you!
