Homeopathic HCG - Could there be something wrong?
I think there is something wrong with my HCG now................bottle is half gone and using it the same as I have been, but the hunger is coming back and I am adhering to the meal plan as written, except I am not eating the breadstick or melba toast due to gluten and grain allergies.
I got mine from a neighbor who had success.. I ordered another type and it shipped today. Won't be here until next week sometime.................... What am I to do until then????? |

Hopefully you're just having a hungry day. I ordered a different brand on Tuesday and am hopeful that they are equally as effective as the brand I've been using. These were so cheap I couldn't resist trying them. If they don't do the trick I'll place an order with the other company and have them in 2 days so it won't be too bad. I can buy a brand at my healthfood store too but their price is $$$$ compared with other brands.

I just spent about 45.00 on the ones I just purchased and they are supposed to be a lot stronger than what I am currently using and alcohol free and orange flavored.
The ones I am using now I only spent $24.00 on and the alcohol taste is overwhelming. It was god awfully bad when I first started them and then it got tolerable, now I feel like I am dropping vodka under my tongue. Makes me cringe to take it..........The ones I got were referred to me by others. I am hoping that TOM being here that I am just having a hungry day. I am stalled out on weight loss and want to do an apple day, but with how hungry I am..........I am very scared to do an apple day out of fear of being extremely hungry.

The ones I got too were the cheapest I could find and taste like pure alcohol! They're also going faster than I expected (6 drops, 6x a day) so next time I'm going to splurge a bit. I'm losing decent though and don't have hunger or cravings too often so they seem okay to me.

I hope you're having a better day and the hunger is gone.
This makes me want to keep a spare bottle for emergencies. I would hate to have a spill or drop the bottle. It's not like you can run out to the store and get another one! Let us know how you are feeling! |

The only thing I have to say about this is I bought a 1oz bottle that was very expensive and have been using since day 1 and I've been STARVING the past three days. So I don't know if it was just time for my hunger to get better or if it was the new drops.
Part of me wants to think it was the drops because during loading even though I would feel sick after eating a little while later I could eat some more and I figured I would be too full for a long time. Again, don't really know though![]()

CTG also remember you need to shake the hHCG bottle before you dose to activate it. I learned that much later than I'd have liked but it makes a difference (I guess "activation" is a big deal with homeopathy). Try to make it through the hunger, I was only somewhat hungry the first 2-3 days but then everything cleared up. Here's to hoping it works out similar for you!!

oopsie.. I kinda shake mine.. wonder if I messed it up? I think my hunger is more of a mental thing. It isn't so bad that I have cheated though.. it is totally dealable. Once I ht my 21 days, I will decide at that time if I am going to continue to use drops or transition into P3. But I am 100% commited to doing at least the full required round. Maybe up your veggies. Someone suggested that to me yesterday and I almost doubled my tomatoes and lost more than I have been in a while. I don't know if it was a coincedence or not but it didn't seem to hurt me.

I think I will up my veggies. I'm totally confused on the amount to be taking anyway. Some veggies, say a handful, but how do you do a handful of asparagus?
A handful can vary too. I know when I am hungry, suddenly my hand gets much bigger! Usually I am not so myopic, but this diet is so particular and complex. Yesterday for lunch I had 1/2 a cucumber and for dinner a whole tomato. Today, I'm craving spinach. |

Do you have a scale? You should input your daily food into ******. Do your meat, fruit, and melba toast first and then your leftover calories can be alloted for veggies. I thought that ****** would be a bit tedious and when I was doing regular low carb it was. But on P2, you eat so little and basically the same things all the time, you just add from your recently eaten foods and it is easy. You can play around w/ the ounces of your veggies to see how many ounces you will be able to squeeze in, then just weigh.

I bought the 4% ground beef and have several mini packages in freezer. I used it once and didn't like it very much. I would much rather just chop up my steak into tiny pieces.
