Fasting and hcg diet

Hi all,

I need to start the hcg diet and am waiting for my drops. I needed some help. Im muslim and we are having a month of compulosry fasting where we have to not eat or drink anything from dawn to dusk which is from 6 am to 7 pm!! Almost 13 hours of no eating

Anyway is there any way I can space out my food n doses or does this mean the diet wont work for me? For example I can have the lunch in the am before 6 am and half my water requirement and dinner after 7 with the rest of the water.... So how do i space out the drops?

Interesting question!

I don't think it matters too much when you eat. Eating early morning and evening sounds hard to me, but should be fine diet-wise. I would take the drops at least 15 minutes before breakfast, then 15 minutes before dinner and again just before bed. That's for three doses a day. Some people do two. Whatever works for your schedule. Are you going to be around lots of food/evening parties? It could be easier to wait a month to start P2.

Good luck and let us know how it goes.

Wow!! That is going to be difficult. NO water either???!!! I think that is key to this plan. The food needs to be eating at least in 2 meals, so that sounds doable. I am concerned about all the water you would need to push in that time frame of yours. I get in 3 32 oz of water and should be doing 4 of those!! Good luck!!

aqsabashir -- how's it going? did your drops arrive? are you going to do phase 2 during Ramadan, or wait until later?

Keep us posted, and good luck with whatever you decide.

I've actually had really good luck with 12-hour fasting. My work schedule has me up by 3:30am so I've been eating breakfast at 4am then dinner at or right around 4pm. I've done it now two days (not consecutively, yesterday and Saturday) and have had great (for me) losses both days (1.0 and 1.6 respectively). This way of eating has actually broken my stall so I'm going to try it for the rest of my work week.

HTH!!

Thanks for posting this. I am going to try eating all at my meals instead of fruit in the morning and see what happens. I am losing, but not fast enough for me!

Hi all,

Found this forum while googling hcg + dubai. Hubby and I are US expats living in Dubai. They don't sell it over here but found something called HCG Platinum. It's not the hormone but rather the african mango and other ingredients. I pray it works! If not, I will try buy enough when I fly home for Xmas holiday that will last me at least 6 months.

Day 4 on the drops ( 1st 2 days did the eat fest lol ) down 1 kg

Pray Pray Pray !!!

I am following Intermittent Fasting while on the protocol. I do allow coffee and water only until my window opens at 1PM (7 hour window). I break my fast with a nice salad or whatever veggies I am having for that day. I close my window at 7PM and drink 16 ounces of water before bed.
