Too Good to be true?

I have been struggling with about 20 lbs for what seems like forever.

It's not for lack of exercise and not knowing how to eat. I am a personal trainer and do triathlons and marathons. My diet is extremely clean, so I really sympathize with ppl who struggle and know it's just not lack of discipline. I also have thyroid issues.

I get very frustrated eating perfectly 95% of the time, training, and seeing friends do half that and looking like a model.

A client actually asked me about the injections a few months back and I told her no, it's so unhealthy, blah blah blah. I'm sure you've heard it all. I didn't find anyone with results when I first researched it. Then a friend who I respect as a homeopath told me about it so I looked into it a little more, but still put it off. Something made me look at it again and I found this site, and it's so encouraging!!

I have a BIG race coming up next month that I have been training for, but after several days of contemplating, I decided not to do it, so I can do the diet. Part of my frustration is not being able to improve my times due to all the extra weight I'm carrying.

I hope I didn't make the wrong decision. I was really looking forward to the race.

SO, here goes! It sounds to good to be true. But I got my drops in the mail today after ordering it just yesterday!!
Tomorrow is my 40th bday. So I will have no trouble loading. If this works, it will be the best bday present ever!

I also have thyroid issues as well as many other hormonal issues that make losing weight near impossible---or so it seemed!! I have lost 40 pounds and am thrilled to death. I am in a size that I never thought I would see ( a size 6!!) and am keeping it off after my 4 rounds. Once you start you won't want to stop!! It will become addicting to see the scale everyday!!!

I started with 20 to lose. I'm down 14.5 and on my 15th VLCD. I could beat myself over the head for not doing this sooner Best of luck to you!

YOU MADE A GREAT DECISION ! Enjoy your loading .

I have released 76 pounds having hypothyroid ( I couldn't loss before this diet) I am concerned being older if I release too fast I'll get skin problems and look too old too fast . I have a few wrinkles since releasing ,so I want to go slow and steady . I have said every 10 pounds was like a face lift . So I am looking a little older lately but all is good ! .

My DD has released over 80 pounds since 1-3-10 and is releasing so fast and easy she has decided to make her goal 10 pounds lower because she's almost at her frist goal , HHCG is a dream come true for us.

WOE: LFL, but considering HCG

Hi all, just would like to ask everyone a question. I have a feeling that most of you may be rather young (or at least younger than myself); are there any concerns for someone in their 50's (going through menopause) and what effect the HCG might have for me going through this time of life? Can anyone tell me if they are in my age range? Also, are any of you taking the homeopathic drops and are they as successful as the doctor-approved HCG injections? I know, so many questions - hopefully someone can help me!

Dawnyama - are you using the homeopathic drops or the HCG injections?
