Good morning girls! I am down 2.4 lbs this morning for a total of 7.2lbs in three days! Yay! Once I move past this point I will be in territory that I haven't seen in over a year. My hunger is MUCH better! I never got hungry again last night after dinner, which is a first. I'm so glad because I was WORRIED! I am leaving on vacation tomorrow and if I stayed that hungry I don't think I would be able to resist temptation!

Hollyree - WOW! Fantastic loss! Way to keep up with it! I like your reasoning for my hunger on load days. I think I'll go with that.
Your right, I had been eating really clean for quite some time before this diet. That has to have something to do with it. I just hope it stops soon, or this 21 days will be the longest of my life and my family may not survive! ![]() TBF - Thanks! I'm so glad to know I'm not the only one experiencing hunger on a load day. It's crazy. Did you eat clean before this diet? |

CaTriGirl...I was eating low carb but the few days before the loading I ate very little wasnt hungry so yea I think that is the reason of the hunger. I keep hearing your lucky to get some food in you on the 2nd load day, I dont have that problem

Yeah, I didn't have the problem either.
My blog details my major food fest. Today is day 1 of VLCD. I'm hungry, but I've had 48 ounces of water and some hot tea and that has helped. I'm looking forward to lunch! I miss my big breakfast! I usually have egg whites, black beans and salsa and coffee. Oh, I miss it!! But I can do this! I just keep telling myself it will be worth it!!! I'm looking forward to seeing your results. Load up girl while you can!! |

No, I'm not going to workout. I want to follow the Protocol to a "T". I know some have said that if you have been, it's okay to. But If I'm going to give this a go, I don't want to mess up on any aspect of it.
I'm running of excuses with my training group though! I can't tell them what I'm doing, they will stone me or commit me to an insane asylum. I also don't want to lie. I think I feel an injury coming on! One that will take about 6-8 wks to recover from. ![]() |

DO NOT do the 500 calorie diet without the hcg. It won't work. The good Dr Simeons said no one should attempt this without the hcg. It won't attack your abnormal fat. I truly hope you reconsider!!!! I found my Hhcg for $27. Surely you can afford that???!! |

Wendy, I just bought some earlier this week for 10 including shipping. They should arrive today or tomorrow and I'll be giving them a try. I just ran out of my last drops at lunchtime. Hmmm. I need to go to my mailbox but I'm playing here and getting dolled up for my bf
I hope you reconsider your decision or perhaps try a different plan. Wishing you the best and if you do decide to do the diet without the drops, please still come to the thread for support. ![]() |

I am sorry. We cannot even PM that info. It is against TOS. Just do a google search for the best price. You can find them!!! I paid $27 per 2 oz bottle. Doing 4 rounds, I spent less than $100 TOTAL. That netted me a loss of 40 pounds. Some have found them for cheaper. You will not get the results you are after without the Hhcg. Simply won't happen!! I wouldn't even try it if I were you until you can get the drops.

Hollyree- Do you get on the soulcysters message boards?
I love 2lbs today, weight loss seems to be going better this round than last round. Iam expecting it to slow down though sometime soon. Trying to think of something for dinner now, not many options so probably some chicken. I have been doing the shots and I pay 100 a week its really pricey if I do it again it will be the drops |

Happy Friday friends
![]() Well, I think I overdid it with the seasonings and salt last night with my soup. I'm sure I'm retaining water today because of it and I was only down 0.2 today BUT I feel fantastic, my clothes are looser, no hunger, no cravings and no headaches. A little more energy too. Sounds like the rest of you are doing amazing too. Good job on the releasing and on the loading (for those on their loading days). I have a busy weekend ( Harvest Crusade ) and I work late the first 3 days of the week so I probably won't be able to check back in until next Wednesday night. I'll try to check in sooner if I can.Wendy - PLEASE do NOT try to do the 500 calorie plan without the HCG. The HCG releases 1500-2500+ worth of calories which is why our bodies are able to sustain on the 500 calories eaten. In reality, on the HCG, our bodies are getting anywhere from 2000 to 4000 calories to work with. Without the HCG, you're just running on the 500 and you will do harm to your body - please please PLEASE don't do it. I got 3 bottles of the hHCG for $54 - you just have to look around. Do a search online, look on eBay or wherever else people might buy things online. Netrition has a 2oz bottle for around the same price and they just posted a coupon for their more expensive bottle. I know people have gotten them cheaper - it's all up to what you can spend. You need to do more reseach before you commit though. Read Pounds & Inches, read as many of the threads here as you can. Watch videos on YouTube. I took a month to research and save money before I started. Do your homework and you will succeed but if you don't, it will be a waste in my opinion. If you do get the HCG, we would love to have you join our circle and share your successes with us Happy Releasing everyone and have a wonderful weekend!

which has made me feel terrible. At least it wasn't the whole thing! but they were just sitting here staring at me and I was HUNGRY! I made all my food before leaving so I had P2 friendly stuff but just the sight of all the food I can't have has made today really hard. I am going to cook something different tomorrow so I think that will really help. I'm getting pretty tired of chicken which is part of my problem. But on the brighter side of things, I was down another pound this morning (I really think it would have been more if I'd have gotten more water Friday) for a total of 8lbs in 5 days!! Woo hoo! I hope the 1/2 donut doesn't screw me up tomorrow but I'm excited about being on the beach tomorrow and keeping my mind off food! ![]() ![]() Yes, I'm on there too I've been blessed to have PCOS

Holly, sending you good vibes for tomorrow and remember how icky that donut made you feel for any future situations. That's what I'm going to do. 2 bites of cake tonight at dinner and ugh, that was just gross! Glad my bf went to his house to get some rest tonight
So not worth it to me to get sick to my stomach for 2 bites! |

![]() ![]() ![]() Thanks for the encouragement. I do hope that sticks with me or its going to be a LONG four days on vacation! I was down .6 pounds today but I think I'm holding fluid because I haven't gotten near enough water the past two days. Hopefully I can correct that today though! You're doing great and congrats on being so close to goal! I bet your boyfriend was excited over your "outfit" when he got home!! |

HCG day 5
I'm on Day 5 - I started at 153, went to 155, this morning I'm at 150. I ate so much in the gorge days, I had a horrible stomache ache for a couple of days. And yesterday, I forgot to drink coffee, so I had withdrawl - bad headache. I'm doing the oral drops and plan to stick with it. My goal is 130...

Hey guys..errr.. girls
We decided to go to the Crusade yesterday and didn't end up going today so I'm here for a few minutes. Woke up to a 0.8 loss yesterday - I'll take it Yesterday was a stressful day for me in every way possible - emotional, mentally and physically. We decided at the last minute to go on Saturday with my son and his friends so I didn't prep as well as I wanted to. I ate grilled chicken, radishes and a grissini before we left and squeezed in 2 cups of water. Waited in line then walked a TON before finding seats. It was chaotic and my body was not used to all that movement after spending 2 weeks being lazy at home. I forgot my potassium which sucked because my leg and side were cramping up from all the exercise. Twice I felt like I was going to pass out - couldn't move as quickly as before. I did pack food but by the time we sat down, I wasn't hungry. Drank about another 2 cups of water the whole time we were there - which was not good. Ended up leaving at 10pm to go eat with our group. I was good, only ordered a small bowl of lettuce - nothing else (and they charged me $3!!)- I put my own chicken on top and had it with a glass of iced tea sweetened with Equal (all they had). Came home, showered and called it a night. Only ate 390 calories and drank a total of about 4 cups of water. Oh and I sweated like CRAZY yesterday.Woke up this morning to a 1.2 loss for a total of 10.4 for this week. It's a good day. I'll be back when I can to check in on all of you but if you don't see me.. I'll be back on Wednesday night for sure. You're ALL doing fabulous ![]() Happy Releasing!! |
