Has anyone lost a lot of hair after P2

Just wondering if anyone has experienced this? I think Dr. S refers to a case in P&I where a woman lost a bunch of hair after coming off the hcg. I also read on another site where a woman had bald patches due to the hair loss after finishing a round of hcg. Has anyone else had this happen?

I haven't had it happen yet, but I expect it to. It's a normal occurrence on VLCDs. I've gone through it twice on similar low-calorie diets, and it's a pain, but it's just the way the body reacts to a systemic shock (stress, dietary changes, illness, etc.). It even happens to some people on Weight Watchers.

The good new is that it will all come back as full as ever in about six months. That's how long it takes to complete the growth cycle and bring in new hair that is long enough to fill it back out again.

I am taking biotin everyday. I hope it doesn't happen. I don't have much to begin with.

Nope. And I have completed 4 rounds of hcg. I guess every one is different!

I'm losing plenty of hair - having to clean my brush every other day. But it is not noticeable.

Similar to the way my hair fell out after my first was born (poor baby's terry jumpers were always covered with my hair).

My hair is thin stranded, but there's plenty of it. Otherwise I'd probably take biotin if I were concerned.
