It is great to have a friend who is on the same journey!
That is really awesome. Having a good support system is so important to your success on any plan.

Thanks, I'm hoping she will stick it out, she's been known to drink a bit and I not too sure she is ready to give that up.

I adore my cocktails but I love getting thin more! Once I finish this off I'll go back to moderation in all things. I was just having a few too many for my taste and realized I was dealing with my grief and loss in an unhealthy manner. Glad I woke up and smelled the coffee Along with this plan I'm doing other things to improve my life. I'm actually doing a thorough house cleaning between posts. You guys are my company and I've made a list of things I want to do this week that are just 'nice to me' activities. This has really been an eyeopening experience for me. Who would have thought putting control over my nutrition would influence other areas of my life? Ok, infomercial over. I've got countertops to oxyclean

Hey ladies! I am so excited to see how well everyone is releasing! And to those who are stuck, just keep at it and the scale will start to move again! Try to assess whether it is a weight you were at for a while on the way up, etc. Everyone is right, we lose so fast on this protocol that we really expect to see those losses continue and forget that our bodies may need a few days to catch up (I am definitely guilty of this!).

As for me, I am on day 5 of P3 and am stabilizing pretty well so far. I released down to 3.6lb under LDW in the last 72 hours (crazy, I know) and am still under LDW. I want to stay under, so here's to getting all my water in! HAPPY RELEASES!!!

I keep reading about everyone using mustard to dip their meat into. Are you using regular yellow mustard? I saw that mustard powder was allowed on protocol, but didn't see regular mustard mentioned. It's ok?

yup it is just basically mustard powder and vinegar to rehydrate make sure it doesn't have any sugar in the ingredients yummy with a pkt of splenda or stevia mixed in just like honey mustard and with the chicken nuggets recipe yummy!

I'll grab a bottle of water next time . Don't know what I was thinking. Also, today at church was communion and I really needed to take my communion; because I need Jesus to help me with the battles of my life including this weightloss fight. So, I will probably see a gain, then again maybe not. But through GOD all things all possible. I feel great, church service was nice; pastor delivered a great above the top sermon. I did weigh myself before church and my weight is 233; I have always lingered at the 235 mark and I think my body is going to fight against me hard on letting me entire into the 220's. For years, and years, my stable weight has been 235, I didn't go up from it and I didn't go down from it. Just a few months ago I saw 240 and almost lost it. I hope each of you have great releases this week.

Just wanted to say hello. We are close to the same size and weight and we both love Jesus! I've been on homeopathic hcg since mid March and have lost almost 40 pounds. It's coming off slow but steady. I'm past menopause and have fought my weight all my life so it's a miracle I found something that works for me! I know you will do terrific. He'll never let us go it alone!!!

I just cut up my boneless chicken breasts into 3.5 oz portions, bagged them and put them in the freezer. I had a piece left over that weighed about 1.5 oz, I sauteed it up in olive oil and ate it drenched in blue cheese dressing. Figured it was a good way to get some more fat in today.

I just use water and put some garlic in it plus any leftover marinade I might be using with my protein selection. I'm going to add a little mustard in today as well and see how I like that.

So much for my grout cleaning I decided I needed new tools to do it so off to Target I went for an hour or so Can you say procrastinator? Now I'm getting ready to fix my lunch so the countertops will have to wait once more

Hi all! I'm waiting for my drops to arrive, and meanwhile coming up with lots more questions. First, I just went to the HCG Yahoo Groups, and there they also talk about how you will be banned if you try to buy or sell HCG from the website. Why is this? What's the big deal concerning where we buy our HCG? Second, when I get to Phase 3, will I be able to drink alcohol again? Thanks everybody! All are all great and I just can't wait for my darn drops to come in the mail so I can get started losing too!

You'll have to invite them back in a few weeks for rave compliments!

I added the marinade recipe to the recipe thread I swear I am totally addicted to this with my steak. It's crazy good. I like that it works on inexpensive cuts too and makes them super tasty and the meat just melts in my mouth. Ok, lunch is over. Back to work

I think today will be the last day of this round. As far as the drops go. The bottle should be empty today. So...2 more days of VLC and then eggs and cheese!!!

I gave my last bottle to my "right arm" at work. Young mother of 2 who just cannot get rid of the weight she gained. She was pretty slim when she came to work for us 4 years ago. So...gonna try to help her out. Told her I'd supply the drops. Now...I'd better order some more, cuz she'll need another bottle and I will have to do 1 more round at least myself.

I'm down 15 lbs this round overall, but I feel like I'm spinning my wheels. I'd like to go 40 days (and I spent an hour the other day portioning chicken and lean round steak into 3.5 oz portions getting ready for it) but maybe my body is trying to tell me something?

I haven't run for 2 weeks, but as soon as my running clothes get out of the dryer I'm going to do C25k W5D1. If I'm not down tomorrow I'm calling this round done and moving on to P3.
Your doing great woo hoo, after 3 weeks a lot of us slow down .Just remenber when your not releasing pounds your releasing inches . I released a lot of inches in P3.

I now wish I would have gone on to P3 sooner, I wasted too much time trying to make a goal number . Enjoy your P3, but take it slow.

Geez, If someone would have told me I would be throwing out lobster tail because I couldn't finish it I would have thought they were on crack This is crazy. I wonder why my appetite is lessening? I guess thats a good thing, right? I had about half and my strawberries and din't bother making the asparagus I had planned on. Interesting.

Not sure about the calorie content, but I'm happy my church uses the little seal containers (almost like the convience store French Vanilla cups). Under that little lid your bread is right underneath that top cover. You peal the little film off of the top and there is your communion wafer and then you open the other part and there's your wine. Eat, Drink, and dispose of the little cup. I Love Those, sorry you don't take yours because of the community cups. That's too bad.

WOE: low carb my weigh
No drops for me today...calling it a round. SO....2 DAYS TILL EGGS AND CHEESE.
Funny, the things that we think about eating first.

So...yesterdays weight, the morning of my last drops, was 179.8
Today was 178.6. And I have the "runs" this morning. "WHERE DID THAT COME FROM!!!" First, you can't go....then you can't NOT go!!!

Had my yearly physical yesterday. Dr. very happy with all my numbers. Having a mammagram today.

ON SUNDAY..... I have to prep for a colonoscopy. It's my first one. I am already worried about the PREP for it. SOUNDS DISGUSTING!!! So...I have a feeling that my weight will be UNDER the 2 pound leeway. ANY ADVICE FOR THIS?????

That is exactly what I thought when my neighbor wanted to try the Hhcg. But she did really well!!! She even convinced her pharmacy school hubby, who was dead set against her trying the hcg, to try it!! He is a bigger drinker than she, and he has lost about 25 lbs and kept it off!!! They look absolutely hot this summer. They are boat people and wear skimpy clothing, if any at all!!, while in the yard. At least now when I look in their backyard I don't see that beer gut They have done very, very well!!! You might be surprised--at least I hope you will be.
