P4 question

If you are doing another round, how long do you stay in P4? It wasn't really clear in P&I (or I missed it). Also, do some people skip P4 if they are doing another round, or is the first round supposed to be a full round before you skip P4 between rounds?

People that have alot of weight to lose sometimes skip P4 but some advise against it.I'm planning to shorten or skip it this round.

It is in "Pounds and Inches - Further Courses" section:

Between Round 1 & 2: P4=3 weeks
Between Round 2 & 3: P4=5 weeks
Between Round 3 & 4: P4=9 weeks
Between Round 4 & 5: P4=17 weeks
Between Round 5 & 6: P4=23 weeks

So...when you include P3, which lasts 3 weeks each time:

After Round 1 - wait 6 weeks before starting Round 2
After Round 2 - wait 8 weeks before starting Round 3
After Round 3 - wait 12 weeks before starting Round 4
After Round 4 - wait 20 weeks before starting Round 5
After Round 5 - wait 26 weeks before starting Round 6

Patients requiring the loss of more than 34 lbs. must have a second or even more courses. A second course can be started after an interval of not less than six weeks, though the pause can be more than six weeks.
