R1P2 VLCD8 - 0.2 pound release this morning

I had a shake for lunch and tilapia, asparagus and a grissini for dinner.

I wonder if having my seltzer with lemon juice and sweet n low is slowing me down. Can too much sweetener slow you down?

I also wonder if the coffee from Dunkin Donuts with the cinnamon flavoring slowed me down. It is sugar free, but who knows what else is in it?

Bernice has only been to see me for a very brief visit. I may have to do some Natural Calm today. I should be seeing her more than once a week, right? I'm not uncomfortable at all, but man, SOMETHING should be happening.

Am I the only person here who has no problem with Bernice? She stops by every other day like clockwork.

You can stall on sweetners. You have to see if you do better with OR without! And yes, you definitely should be "going" more than once a week. My heavens, please take the Natural Calm every day for help in that department!!! I think once a day is best, but that is my OPINION!!

Ack, I only have one packet of NC. I'll have to see if I can get more at the store or some Mag citrate or magnesium tablets. Imagine I may have lost more had Bernice been more friendly.

Trying to entice Bernice and TOM is due here on Friday...

ack, there is glycerine in the cinnamon flavor. Is that bad? (it's spelled glycerine too, not glycerin)

ETA: just clicked on the wikipedia link for glycerine. It seems that is an oil. Dang! No wonder I didn't lose yesterday.

Think this will set me back 4 days?

I think I put my scale in her place the other day by yelling at her. She showed my 1.2 release today!

Sometimes you just *have* to. My scale got all up in my face and I just had to set her straight.

Oh...and congrats!

I'd definitely be taking something to help with Bernice and yes, that has to be holding up some of your releases. Get something for it today and happy weighing tomorrow!

I wish I had a year ago.

I remember seeing it and I read it and of course didn't really understand it and thought....needles..no way.....can't do it....probably still couldn't....but the hhcg works great!

In one weeks time this diet has made me feel so good about myself. I had gotten so down and discouraged and felt like a complete and utter failure because I couldn't lose weight no matter how hard I tried.

I am no where near done but I haven't felt this hopeful in a very long time.

Oh! WW, I meant to tell you! Since you got such good results "exercising". I thought I'd see if it worked for me, so I "exercised" too! I'm thinking that must have helped my 1.2 release!

I love all your ideas, from food to "exercise"! It's all good!!
