Holy Cow!!!!

torister, WW, and Fat no more, you guys are freaks! (I mean that as the highest possible compliment! )

I'm stickin' with this thread because I want y'all to rub off on me!

I woke up to a 1.6 lb loss on my second vlcd day. I'm happy! I hope it keeps coming off like this but I am prepared for it to slow down.

Keep up the good work ladies!!

I am now down 14.2.. I am glad I had the guts to try the protocol!

CaTriGirl- don't get discouraged when it does slow.. it will speed back up again. Just look at my signature. I had one day w/ a .2 one w/ a .4 and one w/ no loss at all.. but it all adds up in the end.

Thanks Kandi, I'm trying to prepare myself. It does get addicting to see such amazing numbers initially. I have thyroid issues and ate perfect and exercised two hours a day before starting this and didn't lose this much in 2 yrs much less two days!

So I keep telling myself if it does slow down to a 1lb a week, that's more than I've lost in YEARS!

I may need you to remind me of this though!

I'm so glad I had the guts to start too! Imagine where'd we be without this! Wait, no I don't want to...

OMG!!

You all are kicking some butt! Keep at it, because its working people!

I am down another 1.0 lbs this AM (VLCD9). I know this is around when the stalls hit, so I am thankful for each and every pound gone on the scale because I know the body will say "what the heck?" and put the brakes on in order to regroup. Just want to make the most of this round and go onward and DOWNward!

OK, I am seem to be at a standstill where weight loss is concerned....but I measured and have lost 16.5 inches in 12 days!!!!!! How can this be, though? How can I be so much smaller but not have lost much more weight?

Because you have lost fat...and fat is fluffy and takes up much more space than lean muscle mass. Picture a 5 lbs of sponge material versus 5 lbs of concrete.

Congrats on the inches lost! That is awesome!

Woo Hooo!

to rister - Way to go! It's all about feeling good and healthy! and you've had some major losses!

Well I woke up to just .20 gone, but to be honest, I was relieved. As bloated as I felt, I thought I'd have a 3 lb gain. Seriously.

I think I may have put too much garlic salt on my approved chili, I thought I had it on the "sprinkle" side, and it was on the "pour" side. I drank tons of water to counter it, but the bloating was terrible.

It could also be that TOM. Yesterday was a major emotional roller coaster. Several of my friends lives were at stake when they were posting pics of what they were eating on facebook! One had a pic of choc cake, another cheese cake and yet another friend pizza, another cheeseburger and fries! If they didn't know I was on this diet, I'd seriously think they were torturing me! I was about ready to de-friend them!

If it is TOM, (and who knows bc I'm not regular) I have 2 wks of bloating before I start. Hopefully it won't be that long this month! I need to lose to stay motivated on this eating plan.

First day of P3 tomorrow! I have officially released 34 pounds. This plan works! I will be cycling because I have a lot to lose. I plan on starting R2P2 on Labor Day.
