Stevie/Chantel-Looking so good!! I love that you have to go shopping!! It's kinda' annoying though. Don't put those jeans back in the closet, give them away. You won't be needing them !

I'm in a similar boat. Not sure if I should invest in much clothing until I'm "done" but tired of having baggy bottom syndrome!! We work so hard to lose the weight and unless we wear stuff that fits, ya' can't even tell!! I wore an old dress today to church that I haven't worn in 4 years, and it is quite flattering I have to admit , and I got a lot of compliments!! People could tell I've lost weight! I guess when things fit it's easier to tell .

Well I took back a pair of medium Adidas pants as I was swimming in them and bought a small. I cannot believe it! lol - I actually fit into a size 4 yesterday but they fit too well. lol - no room for error so I best take my time getting jeans I love.

I am glad they noticed your hard work! You look stunning!!

My results according to Curves....

From June to November
(which even though I didn't start HCG until September, it really is all HCG loss because even though I was trying I wasn't getting anywhere!)

Pounds lost: 26
Inches lost: 16
Body Fat % lost: 5%

From November 12 to December 15
This was all time on P3 (about a week) and P4.

Pounds lost: 0.5
Inches lost: 1.5
Body Fat % lost: 0.4%

I did not take my measurements before starting (bad me, I know).

So... not really sure what this says... but hopefully it will help somebody know that not only is losing possible, but so is maintaining.

I still have probably about 2 more rounds to do before I'm done (at goal).

Bumping this thread up, because it is the most inspirational thing I have ever seen with regards to weightloss!

I am just starting, but let's get all the new folks adding to this great thread!

I lost 2 lbs my first vlcd... but 1.4 of that was loading. Will keep posting as I go.

Round 3 Results!

I am now on round 3 phase 2 and have 1 more round to go!
Started at 207 pounds and am 5'3" with a medium build
Round 1 (46 days) = 27 pounds lost = 180 pounds
Round 2 (40 days) = 20 pounds lost = 162 pounds (had to lose 2 from loading)
and
Round 3 (30 days) = 15 pounds lost = 150.2 pounds (had to lose 2 gained and then 3 from loading)

I am currently at 150.2 and maintaining very nicely!!!
I will do 1 more round in March....I think I'll start loading spring break and VCLD after.

I used real HCG sublingually and followed the original Dr Simeons protocol. My favorite part about HCG (after the great weight loss) is the fact that it is easy to keep off! I have lost before, although never this much AND this time it is staying off thanks to HCG and my new metabolism!!

I think I am even more excited about all the successful maintainers than I am about the rapid weight loss... that is such a major pitfall for most diets.

My Mom is not a member here on LCFs, but I think that it is important, for others, to see her results so far. So, I'm reporting them.

R1P2 (21 days)-- lost 18 pounds
R1P3 (3 weeks)-
Maintained within 2 pound window (no correction days) lost many inches
R1P4 (2+ weeks in)-
Maintained within 2 pound window (no correction days) skin tightening going on.

Will be loading this weekend, and starting R2P2 on Monday: 3/14/11

Yes. As I've said in other threads, my family live hours away from me. Since she started this protocol, you can about imagine the amount of phone calls, from her, that I've recieved.

She is a "true" believer now.

What has her the most amazed is how she has maintained within the two pound window. Last night she even had a small amount of spaghetti at supper time. This morning...Still within her two pound window.

All of the "lurkers" love looking at this thread.

So, how about some of you P3 and P4 people post some of your results too. Maintaining? Skin tightening? Inches still melting off?

Just pointing out that Dr. Simeon's protocol is Pounds and INCHES. I lost a few more inches and nearly dropped my skirt on the floor earlier this week. I didn't notice that I was wearing the waist of the skirt on my hips. Thank goodness for HIPS!!!!!!!!! I love this skirt, but it is officially retired. Oh and the shirt that fits nicely now was TOO small when I was in P2. Love HCG!

Wow, Peggy!!!!!

Look how far you've come!!!!!!!

I can't believe that you could even where that skirt (even on your hips), during phase 2. And that shirt....too tight during phase 2!!!!!

The reshaping in Phase 3 and Phase 4 is, truly, remarkable...and all of this while Maintaining!!!!

I guess that this is a GOOD example of why this is called Pounds and Inches!!!!!

Well, to be honest the last time I tried the shirt on was during my last P4 before I started my current round....and it still was too tight across my bust. I have big hips and a butt that held on to the skirt!
