I was going to post and ask this very question. I guess I was not too off then when I had Filet Mignon. (gotta Love the shoprite $3.99/lb sales)

Although my fav is rib eye, I can do filet and sirloin. I cannot choke down the NY strips though. weird 'eh?

Somebody, I think it was Walking Woman, said that chuck tender steak, when marinated overnight, is melt-in-your mouth delicious, and she was right! I used the marinade she posted in the recipe sticky, and yummo!
