before this was made a sticky there would be newer posts ahead of this one and we kept bumping it up so it would be on page one now we don't have to anymore it is a sticky on page 1 of this area all the time

I was going to order some hcg drops but a coworker gave me 2 bottles of hcg ultra drops.. has anyone tried that brand? Also, it says to take 25 drops before each meal, i find that excessive...is that because its watered down or not as potent? thanks for any advice.

Check all the ingredient labels on food your already have on hand plus anything you pick up at the store!

I was a skeptic too but I urge you to JUST DO IT!
1 round could get you at least halfway to your goal.

The proof is on the Vial/Drops/Pellets! whatever you use! This stuff works! I not a "dieter" but doing this for 6 weeks has changed my body, my life and my mindset about food! I am truly amazed by this protocol and i have learned so much.

I am over 20lbs down and thats mainly because I have a short menstrual Cycle so I had TOM (Period) Twice in my round! I think it would have been more!
