I use low fat cottage cheese all the time on P2 and do well with it. I hate the 1% kind, but love the 2% kind.

Thanks everybody. I am craving a salad with cottage cheese instead of steak or chicken. Or better yet, I am going to eat my apple with some vanilla stevia flavored cottage cheese the next time I am sick of meat.

How do you account for the cottage cheese? How much is a protein serving? (This isn't technically protocol, is it?) I haven't started HCG yet, but trying to learn as much as I can before I do.

Dr S allows for cottage cheese as well as eggs in his protocol. So yes, cottage cheese is certainly protocol!! He says that 100 grams is a serving.

Hi All, I'm new on this forum, so please forgive if I've posted in the wrong place. I'm on my last load day and I'm a little worried about plans I have with friends on the 22nd. I am searching the menu for the restaurant we'll be going to for the best choices. What will I do if I succumb to temptation? :-) Would I start over with two days of loading? I haven't been able to find an answer for this in my searches. I hope you all can help! This place has such a wealth of information! It's just great!

No you wouldn't start over--you would just carry on. You would however probably lose a week of weight loss. Think hard about what you want more--to keep your weight off or to have that cocktail or that piece of bread or that dessert. You will not be far enough into your round at that point to take an official interruption so the only thing you can do is stick to plan. The other thing I would recommend is that you do at least 20 additional days after your cheat or you could risk proper stabilization. HTH
Welcome!

I get such a meat aversion on P2 I've been successful all 3 rounds subbing 2 slices of *scripture* bread. I can't say the name I don't think and/or cottage cheese full fat. I never do both in same day though & I never do the breadstick.

![]() We've been having a lot of people asking "what site can I buy it at" or "where can I order from" lately. Please don't. That's not allowed and there's a sticky at the top of this board explaining: HCG Forum Notice - Please Read Also please note that the rules apply to all areas of the site, including the PM system. In addition to that sticky, the short version of the TOS is here: Terms of Service - Policy Modification A note about trackers and apps: Low Carb Friends - Announcements in Forum : Main Lowcarb Lobby As well as tools offered here: Tools Now Available We do realize a lot of people sign up and zone in on a specific board and don't read the announcements or stickies on the Main BB, or the TOS (link can be found at the bottom of any page for the full TOS)and rules can vary a lot from one site to the next. So please take a few minutes and familiarize yourselves with the rules for this site You can contact the site, at any time, by clicking the "contact us" link at the bottom of any page. Thank you

This is great information. I am new here. I will be starting hCG within the next two weeks. I am really excited. I am going to put together a "cheat sheet" for my friend and I to be posted on our kitchen cabinets... so, this post really helps me a lot. Thank you for sharing this information. When I am done with my cheat sheet, I will post it as well.
Side Bar: I am new here, as I stated, and I am learning quickly about the policies of the site. Is it okay for me to post MY cheat sheet (that I have not even created yet)? I can also "cite sources" such as your post here so people are aware of where I got the information from. I am definitely not selling anything! haha... Thanks for any feedback. I'm so excited! |

Dana when in doubt, use the "contact us" link at the bottom of the page and ask
Generally: yes you can post links back to this site. Other sites are questionable depending on the number of advertisements and things like that BUT (unless it falls into the criteria of the link below) you can name the site like "I read on the whatisthename site that..." is fine but don't add "dot com", ".com" or a link Here's the link I mentioned with the short version of the rules: Terms of Service - Policy Modification |

I have been experiencing this and I am only on Day 6. FINALLY I see that I am not crazy! I couldn't explain the feeling except that I felt like I had to stretch a lot. I stretched in the middle of the night last night. I could tell there was a difference in my muscles, I just couldn't pin point it. This is a great post. Thank you!
