I was going for 10lbs or so. The 9.2 I lost includes the 4lbs I gained loading so I'm not really counting those.

I wanted to post my results in case anyone does a search for losing 5-10lbs.

Yesterday was day 24 of the rx drops. I accidently went over it was going so well! I lost 14lbs if you count the load weight 10.2lbs pre-load. I also lost 10.75 inches!

I can't believe how many times I tried to lose those last 5-10lbs and it just flew off on this plan.

Looking forward to P3 in 2 days!

Hi walkingwoman,

I hope you are doing well! I have been out of town for a few days and just got back early this morning. I posted on the P3 checkin that I maintained my weight in spite of eating fast food, some carbs including subway sandwiches, McD breakfast biscuits, even a donut and a glass of wine... in P3 I was maintaining my weight within 1.4 lbs of my LDW (occassionally dipping just below LDW). I am in maintenance mode, very confident due to my vacation eating experience that I will keep the extra lbs off!

This is really encouraging to me because I'm finally getting rid of those last 10lbs. that I've never been able to lose. I want to maintain it for myself mostly but also in part for the skeptics who told me I'll regain it as quickly as I've lost it. (I couldn't be bothered to explain the science and just let them be "right.") The proof that I'm not as dumb a dieter as they're giving me credit for will be in my maintaining.

I still have a week at least to go in P2 and am down 6lbs. so far. I'd love to get to -10 before I quit but we'll see.

I have 4 days left of P3. The highest I have been over my LDW is .8 and the lowest 1.6. I measured a few days ago and I have lost another 3 inches!

I think it totally depends on where you get them from. There are many places online that you can order them from.

My drops cost me $25 including shipping and worked great, more expensive doesnt mean they work any better.

I only have about 10-15 pounds to lose as well and have a question about the hhcg. I notice that there is a vlc diet that coincides with taking the drops. Is it the drops that are helping you lose or is it just the vlc diet?

It is both -- the drops work together with the VLCD -- but most people swear that this is far more effective than the dieting alone. Most people do need to do the VLCD in order to get results though. (There are a few people having a lot of success with the drops and a rogue plan).

I know I have done VLC diets in the past, and my metabolism has stalled out very fast, and I have been VERY hungry.

I am too early into this to say how it will work longer term, but the hunger is nearly nonexistent. And honestly, the numerous testimonials here and elsewhere have me quite convinced that this DOES work differently than dieting alone.

The hcg uses fat from the biggest fat stores on your body. In my case I could never lose my thighs and hips but that was where I lost the most inches when I did hcg. I was thrilled as that had always been an issue with me.

As trite as this seems, reading Simeon's book is really your best bet as he explains everything. (Way better than I can anyway)

The manuscript is a quick read, and well worth it. I bought a book, too, but don't think it is telling me much more than I could have found just reading the manuscript and reading on here.

I am SO hoping that this really does pull from abnormal fat stores... my butt, thighs, and legs have always been a problem, even when I am otherwise really thin. When I read the part about normal fat never being on the inside of the knees, and this protocol getting rid of that, I was sold!

Praying for a loss from the navel down, here!

I never wore anything that allowed that pudge over my knees to show. No matter how much I dieted, it stayed. With hcg it went and I now wear shorter sweaters (with leggings) than I ever dreamed possible. (I'm probably too old, but I don't care!)

That is really good to hear, you never think about where you need to lose the fat until it starts to go

Exactly!! I lost from my knees as well and now cannot sleep without a pillow in between them. They are so bony! And Stevie Renee talked about losing in her feet. Her shoes have shrunk!! The abnormal fat definitely disappears, but it is not exactly where you may want it gone from. I wish more of my tummy were gone, but after birthing 4 kids (all by c-sections) I know that it is extra skin and not fat that is down there. Only so much can be done by even the Hhcg. But my size 6s still fit and I look great!!! I have never worn a size 6 before--even as a teen!! And I have curves that I didn't have before too! Good luck to everyone this new year!!

That's exciting about the size 6's, my goal is size 8's right now I am in size 12's and they are getting loose.

I think I got it backwards up there and of course didn't see it before it was time to edit! Sorry Stevie Renee--I meant to say that her feet shrunk and her shoes are too big now!!!! So even fat in your feet will disappear, if you have any abnormal fat there. I believe that Dr S even talks about that in P&I. It really is incredible what happens when you are on the Hhcg!!!
