I am still waiting for my HCG to arrive. It left the netrition warehouse in NY, went to Kentucky, now its in Alaska! I am having it sent to Blaine, Washington and it went right past me. Lol. When it gets to Blaine I have to drive 30 minutes across the border to pick it up and its a long weekend here in Canada so there is no way I am going to attempt to cross the border. I want to start right now and not wait another minute!

Way to go!

That is one thing I am noticing. I may not be losing the fastest, but I am definitely fitting into smaller clothing. I suck at taking measurements, but I know I am getting smaller by my clothes.

Back from Reno, did not plan food so I stopped at the Mini Mart and got one of those HB eggs and a bottle of water. It was a nice change actually. Tonight I will grill some chicken, and eat my fruit since I skipped it at lunch. I did find some Grissini at Whole Foods. These are way better than Melba, but very expensive. They did not have any Walden Farms so that was a bummer, I may need to order it on line. Besides the syrup, what is your favorite dressing? I really need a decent dressing so I will eat salad again. I'm tired of Red Wine Vinegar.

I like the balsamic dressing and the bbq sauce. I am hoping to find the syrup this weekend to give it a try. Once in a while I buy the bacon ranch dressing.

As for the Walden Farms....I liked the barbeque (it is much better heated though) and the alfredo was a bit off but made some interesting shrimp!!! I also liked the chocolate dip--at least I think that is what I dipped my strawberries in!! Oh, and the apricot spread was really good on chicken. That was a tip from someone last summer--take the chicken and butterfly it and put the apricot spread in the middle, then cook. Yum!!!!!!!!!!!

BUT I Still could NOT find a dressing I liked. Go figure LOL. So I stopped eating lettuce as my veggie.

I've heard such bad reviews around here I'm scared to try it.I loved the KC masterpiece BBQ sauce and need to find a substitute for it.I'm going to try 1 thing just to see...what would you pick to try first?

Well, I mixed my HCG and its in the refrigerator all set for the AM. I have switched out all my personal care products. I actually bought two small totes and put all my regular ones in for when I need to use the oil free ones. I have my "before" pics taken (YIKES!! ) and have my measurement and weight log all set and waiting for me to start.

Now...getting past that first injection...and then I will be ALL good!

I love the mustard sauce I've been making, I eat it on a 96% lean burger every day. It's just organic yellow mustard which I water down a but and add stevia to sweeten. It's really good.

I tried both the Smokin' Joes and WF BBQ sauce...I threw the WF away because I thought it was gross, however, I LOVE the Smokin' Joes, yummmmmmmmmm! Haven't tried the dressings because I really didn't like any of the dips when I tried them a year or so ago (carmel, choc, marshmellow). HTH
