My 5.5 lbs loss is a combination of PMS bloat and too much sodium during loading. It still feels better getting rid of the water!

First off, if you didn't load properly, really eat lots of fats, you'll have a tough go of the first days up to a week. It's really necessary to load right. If your using hhcg, don't forget to activate your drops/spray (hit the bottle several times before dosing). Mine didn't say to do this, but it isn't going to HURT anything, better safe than sorry. Are you reading the labels of ALL spices/seasonings/herbs and making sure there are no added ingredients. Sometimes they add starches to keep them from clumping up, etc. Watch for oils in vitamins, etc. Are you drinking at least 3 liters (quarts) of water every day, in addition to any other teas/coffees? If you're having a hard time with hunger, it is ok to spread out your foods. I found it best if I ate one fruit around 10, lunch around 12, another fruit around 3, and then dinner at 6. Also, some people have slower losses or even stalls if they eat beef, cabbage, and tomatoes. I never ate beef or cabbage, but mostly because I'm not a big fan. ![]() ![]() your way!!! I was STARVING on my first and second days, and half of my third day. Then yesterday, the hunger just stopped and has not come back!!! If you want to watch my vlog about it, click the link below in my signature. A lot of people suggested I maybe didn't load enough, but I basically ate solid fat (all LC) foods both days and hit 200g fat so I don't know if maybe my body just was like "what the heck?!?!?" when I lowered my cals. Try to stick it out and if it doesn't get better in a week or so I would say it's probably your drops because your menus look really good! HTH

So I just had to pop in to say, I am COMPLETELY AMAZED at how SATISFIED I have been today (now that the crazy hunger is gone)! This protocol is freaking out of this world!!! I am not sure I am going to be the fastest loser on the planet, but if I keep feeling this great on it, I KNOW I CAN GET THERE! You girls are AWESOME I am so glad I found you on LCF and didn't just give up on it (the forum) when I decided low carb alone wasn't helping me reach my goals in a time frame that I found satisfactory.
*****Disclaimer: I KNOW I will struggle along the way, so I might need you to remind me of this when the time comes, hehe |

Lee Anne - I just watched your latest vlog and I have this advice about the coconut bark. I assume you use coconut oil to make it, but you can make it a lot safer for P2, here's how...
1 Tbl warm water and dissolve into it 1 packet sweetener now add 1 Tbl unsweetened cocoa powder and mix thoroughly Scrape it all out onto parchment or foil and freeze. Break it up and enjoy! There's no oil and hardly any calories so I felt safe having some on P2 every couple of days or so. |

Hey everyone! I have been doing some research on the internet, and I have read several posts that have to do with the HHCG and the different numbers on the bottles. People are saying that the "best" and/or "strongest" doses of HHCG start with a 3X on the bottle...does anyone know if that is true or not? My HHCG that I have used during all of my rounds has 12X, 30X, 60X on the bottle. I am now wondering if I could possibly have better results if I had a stronger level of the drops. Could somebody please advise? Thank you so much and KUTGW everyone!

-still waiting on tom to pass through, i can still feel it coming. ![]() -didn't sleep well last night -tmi: haven't 'gone' in like 4 days -i ate tomatoes at dinner last night...i know those stall some people. -i weighed 2-3 hours earlier than i have been since i started this woe, so it could've been lower had i weighed at the regular time. darn work! hopefully i get a nice big loss someday soon to make up for these little ones. |

Well since nobody had an opinion on my TOM/ loading days dilemma, I'm guessing either 1) Nobody cares or 2) it was TMI.
:blush:Anyhow, I plan to load today and tomorrow. I wrote out my menu so I wouldn't forget to eat any of the fatty foods I stocked up on.... B- lots of bacon, eggs fried in bacon grease topped w/ cheddar, 1 piece Ezekial toast w/ tons of Kerrygold butter, slice sf cheesecake snack- mixed nuts L-Spice flax chips w/ tons of ground beef, guacamole, sour cream, & cheddar, slice sf cheesecake snack- mixed nuts D- huge steak w/ guacamole, another slice of Ezekial toast w lots o' butter, more sf cheesecake Does this look good? I have no idea how I'm going to eat all this, I'm not even hungry now. Although I was craving a steak last night, (always do during TOM). |

Thanks ladies. I weighed in on my new scale today, (the one I bought when I returned the first one). It was 210.2 and it weighed me the same 3 times so hopefully this scale will be a good one.
I would be thrilled to get down to 175 this first round and then down to 150 or 160 the second round. Does this sound doable? |
