I had an entire container of mixed roasted nuts (no peanuts) plus two bags of those Mauna Loa chocolate covered macadamia nuts.

In addition to the remaining 10,000 calories and maybe 2000 grams of fat!

Quote:
Fried Chicken Tenders

# 100g chicken
# 1 T milk
# 1 grissini
# Seasonings (salt, pepper, paprika, ground red pepper, garlic powder)

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Slice chicken breast into 3 tenders.
3. In small bowl, mix milk and any seasonings you prefer.
4. Grind grissini in food processor until it is a powder. (I use my coffee grinder.)
5. Put grissini powder in a separate small bowl.
6. Add chicken to milk mixture and toss to coat well.
7. Then one at a time, place chicken in grissini powder and coat both sides of chicken.
8. Place chicken in glass baking dish and bake 30-40 mins, turning over halfway through.
9. In last 5 mins, turn on broiler and broil 2-3 mins each side.
10. Serve immediately.

NOTE:Remember that this recipe includes both your meat and grissini portion. As well as your daily allowance of milk.

Thank you Deb I have seen both the brands mentioned in that thread a lot over the net. I goofed I think in ordering, I looked and see that the strength isn't even what I'm taking now it starts at 6X, my current are at 3X I hope these will work since I'll have to bottles I can't return. There were 19 reviews I just seen and most had good things to say.

I am curious though, my drops do not have alcohol, but it seems most do, why?

WOW --- I missed a day and you guys were really chatty

-0.4 for me this morning! I am so pleased that I have continued to drop this week with the stress and lack of sleep that accompany final exams, but I am proud to say....I JUST FINISHED MY FIRST YEAR OF GRAD SCHOOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Man, it has been a challenging year, especially when you add in moving across the country and having all the health problems I did, BUT I made it through, and now with hCG I know I will finish losing this crazy 90 lb weight gain (in 9 months in 2009) in just a few short months! SO EXCITED!!! Hoping for a bigger release tomorrow because I am going to SLEEP IN!

I have to tell you ladies, I just spent like 3 hours at a mexican restuarant with my classmates who were all celebrating the end of our first year. Literally everyone was eating the whole time and drinking margaritas, etc, and I just drank my water and didn't even look twice at a single chip! It was definitely hard because I generally party a fair amount, but I was NOT going to cheat! Whew....

CONRATS TO ALL YOU RELEASERS!!!!! There were some CRAZY GOOD released this morning, I'm so impressed (and a little jealous, hehe)!

For the record, I'm asking about skin care products with vitamin E. I tried googling but the info I found was on oral supplements.

I had that when I tried adding apple cider vinegar to my diet.

It's probably the alcohol in your drops. Alcohol is also wearing to teeth just like soda.

Maybe someone will have an idea. I am doing the injections (had my first one today).

That's great! It took me about 4-5 days I think before my hunger went away and I think we're taking the same brand. That's the hardest part of this diet - getting through the hunger the first few days.

I haven't had this at all and my teeth are a little sensitive. I haven't seen it mentioned on this thread or another thread that I read either. Not sure about it though!!

I felt like that last night and had to force myself to eat my fruit!! No way we would be stuffed after that small amount if the hcg wasn't working !!!

That was what I paid per bottle and used for 3 rounds. Worked for me!! And I have some leftover. I lost 40 pounds in 4 rounds. My first 2 bottles was from a different supplier. And for the subsequent rounds I went cheaper!!

The other day I made a "mustard " type of salad dressing for my lettuce. I used spicy brown mustard, braggs acv, and some sweetzfree. I used WAY to much acv....but i used it anyway...lol . today, i added some franks hot sauce to it. it was ok....but still way to much acv. (MAN IS THAT STUFF POTENT)

so...started over...lotsa franks...little bit of spicy mustard...and sweetener. Now, this I liked. I probly spread less the a T on top of my chicken and popped it in the micro. It was EVEN better with some heat to it. Wasn't bad cold...but a lot better warm.

Cantyl's sorbet for desert....

Hi everyone - I haven't been on this forum for a week or so and gave up trying to catch up on the posts!

Dawnyama - when are you going to update your photo - didn't you mention a few days back that you were gonna?

Hcground1 - ah, my prodigy, the student has surpassed the teacher just like I knew you would and now you are giving awesome advice and I am going to take your suggestion on the cocoa bark since mine keeps having stevia granuals in it and tasting funky (warm water to dissolve? genius.) I'm glad I'll have you to ask when I do another round and have forgotten things

Debkeversole - thank you SO much for finding and posting the Youtube videos w/ before and after pics. It's amazing to see where people lose - always in the most 'abundant' areas first and their faces don't look gaunt and drawn. Have you noticed the Jenny Craig commercials - they look thinner but not necessarily in a healthier way. Just my observation.

Reno - so happy for your early successes! How fun, huh??

Victrola - we're at the same stage and I hope you are doing well.

Today I am LDW +4.4 I got a little crazy with a Costco jar of cashews this week and the sodium kicked my butt. Plus, I am sleep deprived for the past 5 days. And, I haven't been drinking water hardly at all. Excuses, excuses, I know. I am going to catch up on my sleep and water this weekend and see where that lands me and then do an egg day if necessary. I think I am going to sprout feathers because I eat scrambled eggs w/ a little cheese and avocado slices every morning, and heck, usually at lunch too. It is yummy and I love it! Oh, and I'm surprised I'm not turning blue from all the blueberries I eat in a day. I love to take them out of the freezer and add Mocha Mix and stevia. The MM freezes and I call it 'ice cream'. I can NOT do milk or regular ice cream. Ugh. Butter and cheese.....Yessss

So can someone explain this in re: to milk / lactose intolerance - I bought some lactose free milk thinking it wouldn't mess up my digestive system and boy was I wrong!!! What is it that I would be allergic / sensitive to if not the lactose? If I take a dairy digestive tablet with ice cream, I do okay, not great, and that has lactase enzyme... anyone??

Oops, low battery, better post before I get a black screen...

Have a good weekend all!

Hi guys, it's my first time back on HCG in a while and I wanted to know the following....

If you are doing a 40 injection round and skipping the 7th day, will you count that day or no?

From what it says I would assume you would just count the injection days only.

your thoughts?

Please and thank you,

Lara

Ok what would this look like........ Lets say I want to go off plan for an event on Aug 6th. That would put me at 38 days plus my 2 loading days, what would my food look like, and what day would I stop injection in order to eat on the 6th?

Rjj - It's probably casein. It is most offensive in milk form, but when it's cooked (cheeses) or cultured (yogurt, buttermilk, sour cream) the proteins begin to break down so they are more easily digested. I have the same problem with milk, but I do fine with cheese and yogurt, etc. in small quantities.

I'm allergic to casein (the protein found in milk - lactose is the sugar) also. My doctor told me simply to not drink milk. And I seem to do fine with other dairy products.

I haven't noticed that but I will say that in P2 my daily coffee was putting a horrible aftertaste in my mouth. Couldn't figure out what was going on. After I phased off the drops, my coffee tasted delish like normal. Definitely the drops change something...

IDK about the alcohol it does help with absorption.... but in homeopathics the less of a substance it has in it(ie the higher number with an x behind it) the better they seem to work
so my bottles highest number is 60x i believe(glasses aren't on right now) so that is a 60 times dilution i think my smallest is 6x
yeah (got glasses LOL) it has 6x, 12x, 30x and 60x in it

still count the days but if you are doing a 40 INJECTION round then do 40 injections! with the skipping i believe it comes out to be 46 days on protocol then 3 extra days at the end with no HCG but still vlcd might help to write it all down on the calendar
