Good morning and happy July to you all! I am R1P3D4 and up 1.4 from yesterdays weight, but that puts me exactly at my LDW so I'm not worried. I introduced mayo (sf) and sour cream yesterday in that delish spinach dip... I think that may have been the culprit. Also, TOM is due on the 5th, and I usually get really cranky right about now, so I'm guessing I'm having some hormone fluctuations as well. The Joy! =/
I'm going to scale it back to what I was doing fine with, lots of fats from olive oil, lean meats and lots of veggies.

Oh, and bernice has not been here since Tuesday, and that's probably got something to do with it too. I hate it when I don't go every day!!! It makes me feel bloated... ugh.

Ok, question time for those who've been through a P3 before. I am wondering how you've done with flax seed/meal, and coconut milk. I know most of you have mentioned at one point or another you use coconut oil, but what about the milk? The ingredients listed are coconut milk, and guar gum, so I know there's no added sugar.

Do you take magnesium supplements or drink Smooth Move tea ? I take 750mg of magnesium per day and this keeps me regular. But for occasional use, Smooth Move tea will help.

I did use mag during P2, or I wouldn't go. But that last week of P2, even the mag wasn't working. I normally have to take probiotics, and fiber every day to go.

So, do you take the mag all at once and when?

Or, do you space it out evenly during the day?

I've read some conflicting info as I have been perusing the net for info about the drops. How many times do you use them a day?

For some reason, I thought it was 3, then I just read 6??? Uggh, just when I think I might understand it, I realize there is so much I don't know and I'm not sure where to find it.

It just depends on the drops. Some drops say 3x day others say more.

Reno, that is awesome!!! Yay! I can't wait to start!

Joleen, I got the spray and it's just twice a day for that. Just google 'hhcg spray' and you can read up on it. It has good reviews. Hay what kind of activating do you have to do to the drops?

I've read about activating the drops but it doesn't say to do that on the bottle I wonder if is it really necessary if the bottle doesn't say so?

My drops say 10 drops 3 x a day 30 minutes before meals (which of course there are only 2 so when do we do the 3rd dosage?

I'm still reading up and will start officially loading tomorrow. I'm getting everything ready to go. Switching out my soap, creams, cosmetics, etc. so I don't mistakenly do something wrong. I want to absolutely maximize my results and go with the piss poor planning equals piss poor performance

The drops are a mixture of components. So it wouldn't hurt to make sure everything is mixed well.

I would spread the dosage out over the day. I take my first dose in the morning, the second mid afternoon and the 3rd, in the evening. Food is not what activates the drops - they just don't want the food to interfere with the dose.

If you want to go RIGHT AWAY, kick back the mag or smooth move tea in a few gulps....and stay near the potty. If you just want to 'normalize' movement, you'd be better off sipping it over several hours. I've done both!

From what I read you should try to wait until you're hungry to eat.... if you're not hungry it means your body is releasing fat so let it release!

Postal scales are not cheap BTW, $25 at Walmart! At least I got the body scale on sale for $18, I hope it works..... I'm kind of scared to get on it. What if it's a lot more than the regular digital I have been using? I guess I'll try it in the morning, weigh on both and compare.

Thanks for all the helpful advice everyone I'm off to shop for my supplies and some odds and ends for the 4th's party at my house. Perfect too because my trash day is Monday so all the leftovers are getting trashed Sunday evening. I will not have any foods in my house that are not on plan No temptations that way. Have a great day.

I'd be interested in knowing what you end up with as I'm a little concerned over that part. I have Neutrogena Oil Free moisturizer but I will have to look for a cleanser and body wash. Thanks!
