Please help!!! I need to get this ordered today, if I can.
My 1st round, I had leftovers. I wrapped the bottle in tin foil, so no light would get in and kept it in the frig. Did'nt seem to effect it at all. Once you open a bottle...I'd keep it cold. At least that's what i do. I'm not sure what the others do. Oh...and I'm on hhcg.

For me, I wavered back and forth. I am going on vacation in Oct. and want to lose the max amount I can before then, but I want to be firmly in P4 by then.

That Excel spreadsheet tracker that someone posted about earlier really makes calculating different dates easy. Just change the dates to see when to start a new round! That sheet is a lifesaver!

In 5 days of VLCD I've lost almost 5lbs PAST my previous stall weight!! Holy crap people, I will *so* take that!!!

We ended up going to Sizzler last night and I was SO good: I had a plate of spinach and some egg whites, an apple, and a bite of chicken when I got home.

Way to go!

Here's todays menu:

Grilled steak in yummy marinade (I made a big bottle of it to keep handy since it is so incredible) steamed asparagus, sliced apple

Grilled shrimp with cajun seasoning, grilled asparagus, sliced strawberries

Water, water and more water with a club soda thrown in here and there for good measure
Great release! That sounds similar to the marinade I made my chicken in. I've been doing a few meals' worth at a time of the Weber and it is YUM.

Well geez, I know i am no math wiz but I just realized that I actually released a whole pound last night giving me a total loss of 13.5! I lost exactly .5 pounds per day this week. Interesting. I'm curious to see what this next week brings. TOM is due anytime now and I'm wondering how that is going to impact my losses. Looking forward to seeing more fabulous results.

At this point I think I will continue past my 23 days total because I plan on being so close to my goal weight that I hate to stop with a pound or two left to go and I'm afraid to move to P3 knowing that is my mindset. I won't want to maintain within range. I'll want to keep losing. Anybody have any thoughts on that? I'm going to have to think about it. On the one hand, if I continue to lose inches when I'm in P3, what's a few scale pounds. I want to see the magic number but it isn't the be all, end all. Maybe go to P3 accepting the current weight, do P4, then back for another P2 to finalize? Eek. It's fun to be thinking about this stuff and amazing!!

This is good to keep in mind. I'm on VLCD 21; (I could start on P3 on Monday but I've decided to do a longer round) and according to the Excel tracking sheet, I've averaged 0.7 lbs. a day! I stalled for 5 days and I've been losing slowly since...but when I look at the big picture - whoa! 0.7 lbs. a day is a huge loss!

I'm using this primarily for my steaks and it amazes me how this makes the texture of the lean meat so tender without the fat.
Do you use this just for steak (beef), or does it work for chicken and fish as well?

I decided to change my shrimp to chicken on my menu and am marinating both chicken and steak together right now Works perfectly. I'm going to use some of the used marinade in my sauteed spinach with lunch and in my foil wrapped asparagus with dinner. No waste and incredible flavor.

I've read that some of you are taking B-12. What does the B-12 do? I read some of the bottles at the store that said heart health and was wondering what that has to do with this plan? Just wondering. Thanks.

Pretty sure it helps with energy as well. I take the Stress B-Complex which has a bunch of other vitamins in it too. Mine says "helps convert food into energy". These pills are HUGE. And, I am a big baby about swallowing pills. But, I feel better taking them along with potassium.

What a riot! I know what you mean though. It's weird. Everyday things are getting noticably smaller. I love it

Thanks for the info on the vitamin B. I'm taking a multi and potassium but wondered about the B.

I caved (sorta) and bought the Maple Groves Farm zero cal salad dressing to marinate my cucumbers in for tomorrow. It's tssty! I'll definitely use this for now on whether doing this plan or just 'real life'

I`m a newbie!

Hello all. I`m on day 2 of loading. It sounded like this would be the fun part! But this morning I woke up and just dreaded having to eat!
I`m using the drops (am I allowed to say which ones? Or is that a no no?) and have a question.... I have heard 2 days loading and a few places 3. P&I said 2 so why are people doing 3?

Thanks!
Steph

I think they are doing three just to make sure they are good and full and ready for the VLCD. P&I says 2.

I did 3 load days because I didn't feel confident that I loaded well enough. I think we can say the brand but not where we got it.

This was probably already answered, but if you are ordering homeopathic then it will last forever!! There is no expiration date on homeopathics. I have some opened bottles leftover from my previous rounds that I plan on using if I decide to do another round. And I won't be doing another round for a long while.

I bet this recipe http://www.lowcarbfriends.com/bbs/be...t13747724could be fairly easily made hcgP2 friendly. Hmm. May have to add this to my menu this week
