so how do i get started. i know netrition sells the platinum drops. is that ok to start with. is that one bottle gonna take me through the 26 days and the 3 weeks of the p3 you talked about. i want to stop talking about it and do it. like you said, if i dont like it, i can just stop. 26 days is really not that long when it comes to the scheme of things. i have done plenty of stuff that did not work. one size does not fit all, but at least we can try it on for size. at leat i wont have to say, what if. what should i do. i am not too bright, so please tell me the easiest and best way to get moving. thanks.

Mary. This definitely works. I have lost a lot on Atkins and maintained, but have a ways to go to get to a normal weight for my height/frame and was essentially "stuck". This is working! When they say load...they mean it!! Eat full fat and lots of it. Good luck! |

I can not wait to get there!!! I still have such a long way to go!!! I am just now getting into 16's nicely. I have been wearing a hodge podge of sizes from 14 - 18. No wonder the 14's and 16's were so tight I had to lay on the bed to button and zip them, then pray I didn't have to go to the bathroom very much......... I am wearing 14's in dresses and 16's in pants. |

Due to the high testosterone levels, I have like 130 pounds of muscle. So, unless I lose some muscle mass, i will never be the 135 pounds I want to be ever again..........Probably about 150 is going to be my lowest, which sucks. The good news is, I will probably look like I weigh about 130. I weighed 224.0 this morning and several people at work say I don't look over 190. So, for that I am thankful for the added muscle mass. |

![]() ![]() ![]() How I WISH I had known about this "protocol" before. I lost 100 lbs.by rotating lc woes, and then began to bounce right back up (no cheating). Never found a solution to those bounces....but I am definitely giving the HCG my best shot! |

I'm doing the drops. I also hope I understand the protocol correctly! Have the Dr.'s book, and 2 others from a lady named Linda P, and so I keep reading them. I've also collected 'notes' from this thread that answered some of my questions. I DO wish those books were clearer on some points, writing them in an outline form. Congratulations on entering P3! (I have to keep these "Phases" straight...I keep thinking Phase I is load days, Phase 2 is VLC, and Phase 3 is the 6 weeks' maintenance. Personally, thinking of it that way helps a person's mind "mentally" progress....as in, "Shoot, I'm already in Phase 2, gotta stick to it.") But that's just me. ![]()

No, today is my 2nd "load" day. I read somewhere (probably this thread) that if I am using the H-HCG (homeopathic drops), then I can start the VLC on Day 3. However, right now I am running a slight temp. It figures...I hope I am not getting sick! My youngest son had a fever earlier this week. Anyway, I just posted on another HCG thread...I hope that is the one to which you were referring. Thanks for the invite, too! I honestly appreciate it. ![]() |

Happy Monday everyone! Trying to keep up and read and re-educate myself on this woe! I'm not a newbie, well, I guess I sort of am. I have learned so much from the people that have done several rounds. My first round was perfect...actually great, my second round..not so much. I am eating p4 foods, now, just trying to keep stabilizing. Started 3/16 and went from a size 18 to a 12, which I am still comfortable in, even tho P2 was almost a nightmare....I didn't stay "strong" at all and had all kinds of cravings. I will probably start my R3 by the end of the month...waiting for it to come in. I did the rx injections before, trying spray this time because of my immunity issues..have a great day everyone!
