Somebody please shoot me from the hunger..............

I have already had 82 oz of water and I am still hungry!! I have taken the drops 4 times already today and I only have supper options available when I get home from work...........

One of my co-workers is already sensing my anguish as he said he can tell I am irritated today.

I didn't know you could take the drops more than what it says on the bottle. I know too much hcg can cause hunger just as too little can.

Those of you that are hungry, what are you selecting as your veggie? on hungry days I like cabbage or cucumbers at lunch. Apples also are more filling than strawberries or grapefruit to me.

Cucumber for lunch, tomato for supper. Apples for supper and orange at lunch.

Grissini - wondering if the grains are making me hungry. I hadn't had any grains in quite a while before this.

Today I was more hungry than I have been. It started after work. I got gas and ran in to get a large Iced Tea. I sucked down the tea and the more I drank, the hungier I got. I thought I was going to be sick. My mouth got that watery feel to it. I think I just drank too fast. By the time I got home, it had subsided. I took my drops and I was fine until dinner was done.

I just made steak chili and it was wonderful and satisfying. I am saving my orange for later.. or I might have strawberries.

For those dealing with hunger, I hope it subsides soon! I am starting Friday...unless TOM arrives before then I got my HCG yesterday and will be mixing it, taking before pics, and measuring Thursday night and starting Friday AM as my first loading day!

Ok, so I found I stay fuller longer with eating beef. My tummy is more satisfied and I seem to lose weight a lot easier this way too.

The 4.4 pound loss over night helps to solidfy this also!! So, the hungries should start to subside today, crossing fingers - I hope so!!!

I have GREAT energy again today and woke up at 4:30 am again today (that's 2 days in a row) and I was raring to go.

Hopefully it won't rain so I can take my doggies for a walk.

Being down 7 pounds in 2 days, I am hoping that it starts to show soon. Yes, I know I am very impatient.

I wonder if there's a correlation between best protein type for HCG/Simeon's and blood type - ala D'Adamo's Bloody Type Diet recommendations.

I do fine on beef and I'm an O blood type, and D'Adamo claims red meat is the best protein source for O blood types.

Hmmm....

I am not sure............There may be. I found that chicken just doesn't hold me as far as keeping me full and satisfied feeling like the grass fed beef did last night...........

I am A+ blood type, I am not sure what foods I should be eating.

An apple day is when you are stalled for 4 or so days. NOT when you are coming off of a cheat. She has yet to wait it out!! She had popcorn the night before last and it has to be eliminated then she can continue losing.

Ok, I looked up for Type A and it said that tofu should be a staple in my eating plan as well as lots of nuts and seeds due to not being able to handle animal proteins............it also said that I should have a diet high in beans, legumes and grain carbs, which is WAY NOT me.

I do better eating grass fed beef and seafood, moderate amounts of vegetables and little or no fruit. That is when I feel my best.

Well, that blows that theory out of the water! A's are supposed to do better on poultry and fish.

I find fish holds me okay, but chicken? - Bleh, can't stand lean chicken breast - tastes like sawdust to me. And last time I did hcg I did very poorly with it.

That's supposed to be perfect for "o" types - you SURE you're an 'A'?

Hey, this diet is hard enough - use what makes you feel best. I was just wondering if it would make a difference. Some people here seem to do just fine on chicken. Not me.

I am also A+ and I completely agree!! That kind of diet leaves me a bloated mess!! The animal protein and veg, without fruit also makes me feel best. That was why I decided the whole blood type diet thing was a crock.

Good morning!!!

Ok, so day by day this is getting a bit easier.

I got a bit creative last night with supper. Took a chuck steak and cut into bite sized pieces, added some garlic, onion, green pepper and 2 jalapenos along with cumin, chili powder, black pepper, white pepper and sea salt, stir fried in a non-stick pan. Let is simmer down once the meat was browned and then added about 4 oz of sugar free tomato sauce and then let that simmer down.

YUMMO!!!!

My body must be settling into this as I am not really hungry this morning and I am only down .8 pounds from yesterday.

I also think my hormones must be trying to normalize (at least a bit) because I am starting to have some cramps in my pelvic region!!! If I get a TOM being on this protocol and it normalizes my hormones, I am going to dance for joy!!!! As this means the HCG protocol is doing what it is supposed to do in the first place.

For me - the HCG protocol is the key to normalizing my hormones and my Endocrine system, along with my metabolism...........The weight loss is an added benefit to me!!!
