And the drops sting and make my mouth numb.

P3 is NO starch No sugar. More like "added sugars". You can keep your 2 fruits a day. I ate berries in my first P3 and did fine!! I loved my strawberries with the Land O Lakes SF whipped cream!! Now after finishing my 4th round I eat a 1/2 grapefruit almost every day !! Just bought a boatload of blueberries as they are in season today too.

I introduced salad dressing in my P3 as well even though it has sugar listed on the label. Only 1 gram of sugar in a 2 TBL serving. Hasn't hurt me yet!

15 mins is a long time!! The longest time I ever did was 2 mins!! Longer than that is unnecessary, if you are doing the homeopathic. And they never burned my tongue. I guess everyone will have a different reaction to the drops.

Honestly I don't know and really don't care All I needed to know was that they worked!!!! it is too scientific for me to figure out. You can google "how do they make homeopathy hcg" and find out!!

Only you, DJ!
Did anyone answer this question?? I am the queen of cheap and wanted to do this the least expensive way possible. I bought the Mediral for my first round and did great. When I went to order for Round 2 I switched, knowing that if the second much cheaper bottle didn't work I had my leftovers from Round 1 to finish if I had to indeed switch. It was not necessary. I had just as good results from the much, much cheaper kind as the Mediral.

I am just back from the store.. I am going to start packaging my food for the week. I purchased some steak (I think it is chuck). Looks like no fat on it, and chicken breast for starters. I also got the allowagle fruits and veggies, and melba toast.

For hair/skin products, I got Tom's deodorant and toothpaste, Trader Joe's oil free sunscreen, Suave clarifying shampoo/conditioner (no oils in it as far as I can tell), some tre'semme frizz free spray for hair, and ivory soap. I already have baby oil. And I usually don't wear any makeup so I am not worried about that.

What would recommend wrapping the meat in for extended storage: cellophane, foil or wax paper? I've got extra lean ground beef and chicken breast and am going to be separating them out and freezing some of it, cooling the rest.

I put 100g of meat in sandwich baggies, then put the sandwich baggies into a big freezer bag and put it in the freezer. I just take out the minibags as needed.

This is what I did too. I have chicken, fish, shrimp, veal, ground beef and steak. It's so easy to defrost them in this small amount.

Lol me neither! I'd love to but don't think it's in my plan; I don't mind too much but it would have been a nice start.

Today marks VLCD1!! I gained a total of 4.8 lbs loading which I'm will come off in the first few days. Aside from a little hunger right around break (assuaged by 2 apple slices), I'm feeling good so far!

I'm glad I'm starting with several others too! It's a nice little support group and a sounding board in case we have any questions.

We all started same time!! I am cheerleading you guys too. I need all the support I can get.

So far so good. Got a bit hungry in my mid-morning meeting today. Forgot my water and coffee at my desk and didn't take it in the conference room with me..........

Had 1 whole hard boiled egg and 3 egg whites, cucumber slices, orange and melba toast for lunch.

For supper, I am having boneless chicken breast, cabbage and apple.

Lots of water (except for my meeting).

Feel great with lots of energy.

Weight this morning is 238.0
