I rarely have wings. And I really disliked the Walden Farms Bleu Cheese. If I do have them on P3, I wll have some real bleu cheese dressing like Marie's, which has no sugar and no carbs.

I have tried a lot of the wf products. I make shrimp sauce out of the catsup, adding in strong horseradish. I love the chocolate syrup, and used it a lot in egg creams. I tried a few of the dressings...but didn't care for them at all. But...I never tried the blue cheese. I will...maybe it just needs some "doctoring" up. I even used the peanut spread in a fudge recipee a year ago...it was delish!!!

I like the Ranch & Caesar (although they taste exactly the same to me !) and I LOVE the barbecue sauce. Maybe next round I will try to doctor them up.

Wish I could send you my BBQ sauce from Walden Farms! One taste of it and I said NOPE no way! Guess I'll just toss it with the other three flavors I bought ... !

So wings on P2 would be a YMMV option since it's not on protocol ? BTW, I found your tips on P3 and they were so helpful (in another thread).

Thanks, anyways ! Since we all have such different taste buds, it would be nice if there was some clearinghouse where we could trade all the stuff we tried and didn't like. And for clothes, too ! Cause we really should get rid of our bigger sizes and no doubt someone else is releasing into that same size !

no not wings! use chicken breast strips, wings would be too hard to skin! that way you have the taste of the buffalo wings without it actually being wings!! can we say boneless wings??

Question - since i cheated on the diet on day 11, but i continued to do the diet, will I still reset my body weight if I stop at the end of the 21 day period and follow phase 3 correctly?

One cheat on one day is not going to mess you up down the road. You'll be fine just keep eating clean P2 until you do P3.

Is anyone eating P3 on Mother's Day ?

Deb, that is an awesome loss in one night! I hope I can follow in your footsteps tomorrow morning!

Today is R1P2VLCD1

Now the fun really begins! I can't wait to see how much I can lose during this round.
I'm up 3.2 from my load days, plus the 10 that I gained during my 4 pre-load days. So that's 13.2 pounds since last Saturday. Oy. I hope I can lose all 13 pounds in the first week. Keep your fingers crossed for me please!

Ok, how does one do a planned interruption? Do I just stop the hHCG two days prior and then start the hHCG again on the restart day? Then I still do the VLC during the two days without the hHCG, right? Do I then begin the VLCD on the day I restart the hHCG?

Yes, you have it correct. I am having a planned interruption this weekend so I had my last dose yesterday morning and then Saturday morning I can start eating P3. If I know the hcg is worn off (starving!!!) then I'll eat a little more protein tonight. Then if I start back P2 on Monday I will just dose in the morning and eat vlcd. Easy Peasy!!! While on interruption you want to follow a P3 menu and also staying within your 2 pound limit of you LDW.

Ok, so for like a planned interruption for ONE DAY [or at the very least one MEAL] ... would not be done so I can eat P3!!! I am thinking about my anniversary, July 4th, birthday, Thanksgiving, Christmas. The whole point of interruption would be to enjoy the food celebrating the event. I suppose that would be considered a planned 'WAY OFF PROTOCOL' and I'd pay dearly for it later, yes???

Good Morning!

Deb - wow....that's pure amazing! What round or day are you on? I'm cheering for you over here...can you hear it! I think every body is....6 pounds. You are doing great..you will be in the "2"'s real soon. KUTGW!

Fatfat - you will do just fine..don't worry! Follow advice from here and stay positive!

Gracie - you are getting so close to your goal...is it still 150? How did you get so educated on the hcg? You and some others always seem to have the right answers.

I'm staying on P3 for Mothers Day. Making dinner myself, so it should be fine, I'll just make potatoes for the others, etc. Still holding my own on P3, day 13. Doing P2 went by so much faster! This one seems to be dragging! I want my 40 days gone so I can do P2 again....can't wait! I would love to see the scale drop again! Enjoy your losses everyone!

Marci - are you still on P3? If so, how long did you stay on it? Just wondering if you are doing the 6 week break before going back to P2....I'm getting so anxious to do P2 again. We are pretty close, if I remember right, to the same "day, Phase". Good question about the 1 day interruption, although this Mothers Day, Im in P3, so guess I don't have to worry about it. Take care!

Hiya Susan! I keep forgetting how plum close we are in our journey! This is Day 14 of P3 for me and I'm doing very well too. Yes, it does seem to drag doesn't it? So you're doing 40 days of P3 then back to P2? I was going to do P4, then decided not to do it. I want to get back on the hHCG road again!! But I'm not going to do 40 days of P3 either. I haven't decided yet how long, but at least three weeks for sure.

So, I was trying to hold off on having lunch for as long as possible, but I got hungry so I went ahead and ate. I have to say I totally felt like I was cheating when I ate my grissini and apple. lol

Sipping on some hot tea now. I can't wait until today is over so I can step on the scale tomorrow. lol

The info I got with my hhcg says that I am supposed to be off the drops for 3 days before starting P3 but it seems everyone here does two days..is that right? Has anyones said three days? It makes sense to me that if I loaded for two days prior with the drops then it should be two days at the end without drops?

mine also says 3 days.
I am getting frustrated this week! I was down, then up, then stayed the same....I am just hanging in, but it sure is no fun to step on the scale and not see it go down! Congrats though to all you losers!!

Everywhere I have read says 72 hours which can be mistaken for 3 days. What they mean is this : If you took your last dose of hhcg tomorrow morning, 72 hours later is Monday morning and that day you can eat P3. Does that make sense ?

Txmom - hang in there, that can happen and later you will be jumping for joy...I'm sure you're losing some inches tho.

Fat - (wow, I hate calling you that)...what's your name? Maybe I should call you no more...ha! I ate my apple mid morning, then my lunch was a little later, grisinni in the afternoon, later dinner, and another fruit for my "bedtime" snack. Worked good for me. As each day goes by, you will find out what works for you.

Marci - I feel the same way...I haven't decided yet. I know I'm not going to do P4 though, I will do 3 - 6 weeks of P3 (whatever I can get away with hehehe), and can't wait to start losing again!!!!! I can't remember, are you on injections? I am, so I think it's a little different with these weeks. If my dr. won't ok it, I "might" switch to spray or drops after 3 weeks....not sure. This would work out better for me, because I have 2 week vacay in June and then another 2 week in July, and I would like to be on P3 when I'm gone. I really need to work all this out soon!
