SO I decided to make my adventure into P3 a "planned interruption" because I did have a few bad days and this morning I'm up 4.6 lbs from my LDW. I have a long way to go, anyway (another 40 lbs I hope) and I need the strict accountability of P2. Since I'm on HHCG drops I don't think I have to worry about immunity, so I'll stay on P2 for 3 more weeks at least and see how it goes. (I was on P3 for 13 days). Onward and downward from here, I hope!

I definitely think it's because I didn't load properly. I loaded on carbs and not fat. And yes, I'm on the hhcg drops. |

I agree with Vic - play with your drops a little. I ended up taking the maximum dose of 15 drops 4 times a day. I can't bear sitting around feeling hungry and that dosage worked well for me. If you are already at max, then try reducing.

Thanks Vic and stina. I will see how I feel tomorrow and if I'm still hungry I will play around with the dosage.

- two bags of chocolate covered macadamia nuts
- 2 cups of mixed roasted nuts (no peanuts) - pound and a half of ground beef, can of Rotel, 8 oz cream cheese; all covered with 8 oz of cheddar cheese, a cup of sour cream and two avocados (divided up into maybe 4 bowlfuls) - 2 huge slices cheesecake - 2 slices key lime pie - half gallon of milk - pint of heavy cream - Chinese food - pint of ice cream - 2 tubes worth of Pillsbury crescent rolls Now, mind you, it could have been more. I entered the stuff into ****** a few days after the fact, and this was what I could remember! No wonder I felt sick! And, I just saw that I hadn't entered the Chinese food, crescent rolls, or choc. covered mac. nuts into ******, so my total was likely closer to 12 or 13 thousand calories! And gone overnight. I feel like I will always want an emergency vial of HCG in the fridge event after I hit goal! Last edited by Victrola; 05-10-2010 at 06:33 PM.. |

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Bleu Cheese Dressing 1 cup mayonnaise (homemade or Dukes) 1 cup sour cream (Daisy has the best stats for P3) 1 4oz bleu cheese (try to get one that doesn't have cellulose or any other starch to keep from caking) 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder mix everything together and enjoy! Tracy This is a great recipe , I sometimes put extra bleu cheese in it. Janeann |

[QUOTE=FatFatnomore;13462298]Morning!
Hope you all had a great weekend. Today is RIP2VLCD4 and I'm down 2.6 pounds since yesterday. The hunger suppression that I've read so much about has not happened for me yet. Usually in the afternoon I start getting painfully hungry, but the big losses on the scale are keeping me in line. There's absolutely nothing in the world that tastes as good as it feels to get up in the morning and see the new low number on the scale! It is so worth it to be hungry when I see the pay off. You should not have hunger ! you need to up your drops and try eating your fruit with your protein or meal ,that can effect your hunger also . That is one of the best benifits of this diet no hunger. I was told to take 10 drops 3 times a day or up to 20 and I need 13 to 14 to be hunger free my daughter does the same dose. Janeann |

[QUOTE=debkeversole;13462542]i have done both and haven't found any dif in the weight loss with the homeopathic drops i seemed to have more of a feel good quality?? kind of euphoric on it and none with the Rx, with the RX i seem to have way more head hunger i.e. looking at food p0rn WAY WAY more but as far as hunger control and weight loss if you follow the dosing schedule correctly seems to be very similar between the 2
i amdown to 300.4 today!! one week dosing and i hav ost 13.4 pounds whoohoo!! and all my loading weight is out the door!! Deb, your are doing amazing ![]() Janeann |

Um.
HOLY SMOKES. I just went to ****** and, out of curiosity, added the Chinese food, mini croissants, and chocolate covered nuts. My totals went up to 16,000 calories and 1200 grams of fat!!!! And, please remember that every single bit of that disappeared overnight and I haven't been hungry in two weeks. Please load properly! |

Morning All!
Deb, you'll be in twoterville for sure tomorrow! Maybe even later today. Sometimes when I weigh in the afternoon it's already lower than my morning weight. Today is R1P2VLCD5 for me. I'm down 1.4 today. So far no hunger today, so that's a good thing. |

Hubby lived in Charleston, S.C. for 10 years once upon a time. I'll have to ask him! UPDATE: Went online! TADA! A Uniquely Southern Recipe Almost a century after Eugenia Duke created her unique mayonnaise recipe, Duke's is still made in Greenville, South Carolina. Mrs. Duke's kitchen has been replaced by a modern production facility that turns out 240 jars of mayonnaise a minute, but the uniquely Southern recipe for Duke's Mayonnaise has remained the same. "We've never changed the formula," explains Mark Sauer, vice president of sales for C.F. Sauer and great-grandson of Conrad Sauer, Sr.
