I woke up this morning and was kinda dreading weighing myself, but guess what? i weighed in at 200.5 which is actually down .1 from yesterday. I almost did a little happy dance. I know it's only Day 4 of P3 but it was nice to see that number stay almost the same and I ate A LOT of food yesterday, well over 2,000 calories! Plus I had both eggs and cheese yesterday so I'm thinking both are definitly good to go now. YAY!!!

So since eggs and cheese seem to be okay and it's the weekend I am gonna do a little cooking this weekend..I bought some blueberries the other day and wanted to make some cream cheese muffins so I am gonna throw the blueberries in with those and have blueberry cream cheese muffins, also want to try my hand at the cauliflower pizza crust, and I may even make some oopsie rolls since a bacon, egg, cheese sandwich has sounded sooo good to me for the last few days.

Truvia has 3g of carbs which is kind of high for a packet of sweetener. There are other powdered stevia products with less carbs and of course, the liquid stevia has zero carbs. Make sure you check the label because some of the other powdered stevias have SUGAR !!

Thank you!

Today is R1P2VLCD20, and I'm officially down 15 pounds! I could have never done this on low carb, or without all your stories, advice and support. Thank you, everyone!

Excellent job doxielove!

I had grissini last night and one turned into more......I don't think I'm going to eat them anymore. I like them too much and if I can't use self control they're headed to the garbage. I'm going to see how today goes then I'll decide. I have no problem with the apple though. Ugh. I'm not weighing until tomorrow. I don't want to be depressed because of my indiscretion.

Happy Saturday! This was my last injection day, so I will be entering "new territory"..starting P3 Tuesday, so Kerri, I'm so happy to see you are doing good. You're a few days ahead of me, so it's really nice seeing what you are eating, etc. I love the cauliflower pizza...make it all the time. You can make it in personal sizes and even freeze some and just use when you need them. I also made one and used a round cutter, made little "big" crackers, put whatever I wanted on them and broiled..

Doxie - you are doing great! I feel the same way about this woe and this support.

Gracie - Awesome...you must be so happy getting into those small jeans...good going! Hope you had fun at your bachelorette party. Thanks for the advice about P3, and know you do great on it, and would love to continue to see what you are eating. I guess it's just like when I started P2 , once I get in that routine, I will be ok. Be ready for more questions after Monday...haha!

Vic...keep loading..don't stop, you will be happy you did. For me, I believe these shots started immediately, cause I had a very difficult time trying to get all that food in, and that was really hard for me to even believe.

KUTGW everyone....I love reading your success stories. Even a little gain here or there, is still an experience and you will learn from it...we all learn something everyday! Take care and have a wonderful day!

Truvia isn't really even stevia, it's a synthetic knock off. I'd stick with the real stevia.

Good to know! I know it's a little high in the carb department so while I have some, I don't use it. I really like ez sweetz.

I thought it was a stevia + erythritol mixture, and despite the 3g of carbs, it is DELICIOUS!! Has that crunchy crystal texture like real sugar, without the bitterness of stevia. Hmmm, now I'm reconsidering. But I love dipping grapefruit pieces into it!

Hi everyone. I am jumping in since this morning is my very first day. I am doing the drops and just had a nice fat-filled breakfast. I've tried everything else so am very excited about this. Also scared that I will wimp out on the VLCD's. I don't do well when I'm told I can't have what I want. LOL

Also wanted to add that I am very thankful for all of the info that I have been reading in this thread. You all are very inspirational and I look forward to sharing my journey with you all!

I completely get that!! If you tell me I cant have something it normally drives me nuts until I get it! I started VLCD1 and I found that I have to set the timer to remind myself to eat!!! The hhcg really works because I have never forgotten to eat...EVER!!!

Welcome, shopgirl !

Enjoy the loading days and fill up on those things you think you will miss the most. I understand how you feel about eating whatever you want. When you get to VLCD, check out the recipe section to keep things interesting so you don't get bored.

It won't don't worry. I'm just not having it because I drink crystal lite and that's probably not a good idea but it helps me drink a lot of water.

WARNING P2'ers do not look at the picture!!

not that i am an enabler or anything

oopsie mock mc muffin used a round metal cookie cutter to shape the egg

Linda Sue's induction friendly quiches are great for P3 her bacon cheddar one is a staple here!

Penny-- I know I'd have the same thing happen to me with the grissini... so I stay clear!

Gracie-- Hope the bachelorette party was fun and that you enjoyed yourself!

Today is VLCD4 and I was 189.2. So, down 5 from my post-gorge weight (2.2 since starting). Wedding is a week from today! How I'd love to be down another 5-7 lbs!

Are you guys exercising at all? I've read very mixed things....

Really? wow! I never kept track of mine when I was loading but I ate GOBS of peanutbutter so I know it was high too. It didn't hurt me one bit either so don't worry. Loading weight practically falls off once you start vlcd.

I'm at 110 calories so far for the day! Loading is soooooooo much better

You guys are doing awesome! To add more to the awesomeness:

P2R1 VLCD-13

DH is down 15.5 lbs and I am down 15 lbs.

He only needs to lose 20 more and his belly is way-way down. I think it would be way cool to do 30 pounds in 30 days but it'll be more likely 25.

Deb, that picture was downright mean ! !

I'm considering ending at 21 days - TOM cravings have been real bad and hard to manage. I will take it day to day until Day 21 which will be Monday in case I start to feel stronger.

I felt like throwing up a couple times, but managed to hold out.

That should be plenty, right? I don't need to eat more? I'm out of food anyway, other than what is set aside for VLC.
