Simeons HCG Protocol -- MARCH 2010

Though we know everyone wants to help support people through the Simeon's Protocol (HCG) diet, we recommend you consult a physician before starting any diet plan. Since no one can possibly know the medical history of the members here, dispensing medical advice is not allowed. This is for the protection of both the member giving the advice as well as the member receiving the advice. LCF wants to keep everyone safe. We would also like to point out that hCG is a controlled substance and requires a doctor's written prescription. Online sales of hCG may be illegal in some states. Therefore, we must request that you not post where or how you are obtaining your hCG products. Our ToS state "any material that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, result in civil liability, or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national or international law is prohibited." We recommend you re-read our ToS to familiarize yourself with the LCF rules.

One rule that a lot of people in this group are still breaking is to please not post about other websites here. Some have gotten warned several times and if they continue to do so they risk being moderated or banned from the website. So please respect this site and follow the rules so you can continue to enjoy this site.

Simeons HCG Protocol -- MARCH 2010

It's time to start a March thread! I don't see one so I thought I'd go ahead and get it going.

My results for Phase 2
Start Weight, Monday, 1/18/10: 262.2
Final Weight , Monday 3/1/10: 231.6
Total Weight Loss: 30.6 pounds

Today, I started Phase 3 by going grocery shopping: eggs, cheese, ribeye steak, beef roast, pork roast, pork steak, chicken thighs with skin, bacon and a jar of mayo.

Breakfast was 3 eggs and more bacon than I could finish, lol.

Life is for enjoying, even on Mondays, so everybody have a fabulous Monday!

sweet thanks!!!!

I'm so eager to get going! I've been so inspired by grizzy and deb (sorry I don't know the rest of you yet!)

as for the drops....I put them under my tongue..but how do you keep from actually just swallowing them?
honestly sweetie you have to take the HCG while loading that way you won't be hungry on this round it takes about 2 days for it to get in your system really well and 2-3 days for it to leave that is why loading the first days of protocol and VLCD at the end without hcg

Hey HCG Fam!
Today I had released 0lbs, but I'm not sweating it. I know it will come off and I peeked at the scale later today and saw that I was down 0.6 lbs teehee (don't tell anyone )
I'll add that in with my official weigh in tomorrow morning.

Today was good, had shrimp with cucumbers for lunch and chicken with spinach for dinner. Got in 90 oz of water in today, skipped the melba toast and had an apple for snack. I'm going to have my usual orange for an after dinner snack. TOM is due next week, so I'm just waiting for the dreaded water retention......hopefully it won't be that bad.

Speaking of TOM, do I need to stop my HHCG during TOM? I heard that medical grade HCG yes, Homeopathic HCG no. Any thoughts?

Happy releasing guys!

Can I join in now officially? Today is my first day of loading. I drank a bottle of water while dressing, waited 15 mins and took my first drops, waited another 15 mins and had my coffee. I wracking my brain trying to think of the highest fat content foods I can eat today and tomorrow. Have my food bought and ready to get started on the 500 cals Thursday. I sure hope this works!!! One quick question, I've been going to an exercise class two nights a week...is that okay to continue?

OK, my update. I have finished my round. I started out at 129 and am now officially 115!!!! That is 14 pounds and I am thrilled to death. Because I want 115 (an even number and not the 115.6 from yesterday!!) to be my LDW I am doing the drops today. So my P3 is pushed back by 1 more day. I am OK with that. I have a ton of cooked protein to last!! I am just glad to be done and doner than done!!! LOL. I am so done that I don't think I can do another round. I am ready to slather myself in oil---my coconut oil that I have so sorely missed. But I will wait for 3 days. I can do it...I can do it...I can do it!!!

If you are doing the homeopathic drops you might want to wait for an hour to have your coffee. The essential oils in the coffee might negatively effect the effectiveness in the drops. And yes, Dr S says you may continue whatever exercise you were doing prior to P2 while you are in P2. Just remember that some experience a drop in energy (like me!) while in P2 while some experience a surge in energy in P2. I could barely walk the dog in P2!!! Actually his walk turned into a slow stroll!!! LOL You will just have to try it and see how you are.

Oh, and I have to mention this. I bought a pair of size 5 juniors jeans that I could not even think of buttoning at the end of last round. Why I bought that size I will never know. LOL. But I wore them yesterday, or rather I should say that I tried them on last night!! When I paraded around the house in them last night and Ken (my eldest child) heard what size they were his comment: "that is what size some of the girls in my school wear!!!" (He is in middle school) He sure knows how to warm his mama's heart! He is turning 14 on Sat and may just get that PS3 system he has been bugging us for LOL!!!!! I think that is how much I appreciated that comment. Now, those pants I would never wear in public but just knowing that I can slip into them is exciting!!! Size 7 is much more comfortable and public wearing for me!!

Actually, with the spray it is recommended to not use while loading. The hhcg goes into your system immediately but it takes 48 hours to leave. I guess some people were having trouble loading because they were getting nauseous from the h-hcg and trying to load. I just did a 10 day interruption with no hhcg and started back Monday morning. Dr. Simeons says in "Pounds & Inches" to just resume the hcg the day you are starting the VLCDs again. The hcg goes directly into your system - I haven't experienced any hunger yesterday or today and I re-started the spray yesterday. I just thought since she already loaded for two days it would be better to not do 2 more days.

WOE: Now on HGC and LOVE IT!
Start Date: Did 18 months of Atkins in 2002-3: 263/184
I'm on day 2 of the low-carb phase and all is well. Ate mostly fatty meats yesterday -- bacon, pork steak -- and my stomach felt rather burdened, lol. My weight went up .2 pounds, which is fantastic for day 2 of phase 3.

The goal on loading days is to eat lots of fattening foods. I've done the Atkins diet, so I tend to think that high carb foods are more fattening than high fat foods. Enjoy your favorite carbs these two load days!
