Hi There!
Yes and yes, P2 is phase 2 which is after your load days.
I felt a little dizzy, went away though. It's part of the detox process.

P1 is Kevein trudeaus term and refers to a detoxing period before you start the hcg most of us skip this
P2 is your load days and your vlcd and the 2 or 3 days at the end when you are on the vlcd without hcg
p3 is no hcg no starches no sugar stabilization period stay within 2 pounds of your last dose weight, resetting your hypothalamus time
P4 is the normal eating while staying within your 2 pound up or down window HTH

Wonder if I am having the same horrible aversion for beef that I had when I was pregnant lol. I made 3oz today and what a total waste, it tasted like that nasty Weight Watcher's steak and portobello I ate once at applebee's. I usually make a pretty good steak.

I guess it depends the HCG supplier, because I was told P1 was loading and P2 was VLCD. Thank you or clarifying.

Debkeversole,

Thank you so much. You are absolutely right and I should just work the protocol as it is written to the best of my ability. I think I fell into momentarily thinking that it was already restrictive enough without my food issues restricting it further. But that possibility exists for everyone what with potential stalling foods and such, and it is only for a short time and look at the benefits!

I can't wait for my hhcg to arrive.

Thanks again.

Daily Check in

Good morning All. Today is R3P4D11, and my weight today is 179.4 lbs., a 1 lb. gain from yesterday. I am still 1.1 lbs under my LIW. I did well during the 1st half of the day, then things got busy. I didn't have time to cook dinner, so I went to the fast, salad and cold cuts for dinner. We had to go to one of DW's friends house, who just had knee replacement surgery two weeks ago, boy she's doing well. We bought a Chocolate fudge cake from Doris Italian bakery, I also got some SF chocolate chip cookies. I don't have to tell you what me and DW ate. Now thats taking one for the team. When we got home I snacked a little too much, but today we'll be eating more normal. I've been patiently waiting to eat my DD multi-grain bagel, maybe next Saturday, before playing golf. Hope everyone is having a great weekend.

Everyone have a great and INTENTIONAL day

Hi everyone! I've been lurking and reading, and am so excited by all of your success.

Today is P2D2 for me. Yesterday I was extremely hungry! I had a hard time making it through the day, but I did, and I'm excited to move on.

My hhcg says 2-3 drops 4-6X day as needed. So I was surprised to see others saying 15-20 drops. I guess each brand is different.

You all are an inspiration, and I hope you don't mind if I join in the fun.

Good Morning Everyone,
Today is my 2nd load day, after all the stuff I ate yesterday I didnt gain anything, crazy. I am excited for tomorrow though and a lil nervous to see how it goes and how I feel when I do the calorie cut, I am really hoping I am not going to be super hungry, cause I hate that feeling.

I am another one that loves cabbage, I hope it doesnt stall me like someone else mentioned, that would be horrible, cause there arent many veggies on the protocol list that I care for lol.

Have a great Sunday everyone,

Kelly

I'm excited for you! I was little hungry day 1 and 2 but nothing I couldn't handle. I did low carb or about 30 days before which is why I think I did not have any carb withdrawal, headaches etc...
I'm the same way with the veggies.....I've been eating spinach, cucumbers and lettuce the whole time! LOL! Tried chard but it tasted like dirt......so much for that!

Happy releasing!

I have a major headache right now and had one yesterday too, but it cant be from carb withdrawl cause I have been eating a ton of those, must be something with the HCG. Is anyone else here doing the injections instead of the drops? I wasnt sure if I was supposed to refrigerate my HCG vial, so I did because I think I read it would last longer if kept in the fridge.

Drum roll.......238.6!! FINALLY out of the 240-250 range...I thought this day would never come! So today is Day 14 and I've lost 14lbs!!! Average 1 per day so not to shabby! Going for more!!!

Yeah I am sure I am not drinking enough water, I was a huge diet soda addict and I just finished off the rest of it last night. I have been drinking tea and mineral water all day today, not more diet soda for me.
What is the reccommended amt we are supposed to be drinking? I noticed I am going to the bathroom ALOT lol.

That's good. My book says 1/2-1gal per day. I just drink as much as I can. I drink a lot of selzter water anyway and it keeps me hydrated longer. There are some approved diet drinks, but I don't drink them and don't know what they're called.

yep RX has to be refrigerated and kept from light is it a dark bottle? could be general detoxing causeing the headache not just carbs loads of stuff in everyday things we eat

I love Selzer water! When I want a treat I mix raspberry seltzer with vanilla cream stevia........yummy, tastes like raspberry cream soda.

Today is P2D5 for me and I'm down 6-1/2. This morning was the first time I lost less than a lb so it may be slowing down already. We'll see - hope not!
