So sorry! Have you tried posting what you've been eating and drinking and letting these ladies take a look? Many of them have been very successful so maybe they could see something you might try tweaking? Just a thought!

Ugh that stinks!!! I only went down .2 again but according to the groovy weight loss tracker spreadsheet mentioned before, I'm still averaging 1.2 per day so I guess I shouldn't complain.

Got my confirm email that everything is on it's way so I am hoping to start maybe next weekend (on the first day of Spring!). I would much rather load on Saturday and Sunday and not have to explain to people at work why I am eating so much fattening food!

I did mine during the week and used a couple of ladies at work as my support. They are interested in the program but are making me their guinea pig. Its working out good for me though because I know they are watching me like a hawk!

I looked at that app but wasn't sure about paying 15 dollars for it and it didn't look like it would let you do the 43 day round, just the 23 day one...regardless, I am curious what you think of it though. I really love my iphone too! I just got it about 2 months ago and am totally addicted to it!

Ladies, the days you don't have "scale rewards" - remember you are losing MAD inches!!!! Our fat cells fill up with water and hold onto it for dear life - then it's released and we see the difference on the scale. In the meantime our bodies are losing inches upon inches. I actually don't mind a day or two of the same weight because I know that I'm SHRINKING!!!

You're absolutely right! I'm 5'-7" and my weight this morning was 188.8 - Saturday night I went to a dinner in a SIZE 10 dress Seriously, I have never in my adult life wore a size 10. Hcg takes the body fat from exactly the right places!!!!

I understand! I had to tell my husband what I'm planning because I've been doing Atkins since Jan. 18 and he'd probably think I'd gone over the deep end when he catches me eating premium ice cream for breakfast this Saturday!

You bring up a good point! I need to update my measurements which I will do 2nite. It's just so annoying to stall so frequently, when you are only eating 500 cal a day and sticking to protocol. Oh well it is what it is, at least it's not a gain. Norm I gain about 5lbs right before TOM so I should count my blessings I'm certainly not giving up, I think my body is nice and comfy in the 140s...........holding on for dear life! LOL!

Yeah, I totally understand feeling frustrated. For some reason our fat cells like to fight to the bitter end But, on hcg we will beat them!!! If you're right before TOM and not gaining , you are definitely ahead of the game!!!

Well, you're definitely losing!!! Why not ditch the splenda and try stevia instead and see what happens if anything? Can't hurt to try it. My 2 cents.

My scale does weight and body fat, but I only use the weight because you have to reset your height, gender, etc., every time to use the body fat portion.

BUT the weight portion only goes in halves ... like 200.5, 200, 199.5, etc. no .8 or .4 or anything. And I'm not buying a new one either! Well, maybe if I find a really good one on sale .... ahem!

Homeopathic is just that - homeopathic hcg. Homeopathic remedies work by using a very small amount of the real stuff and mixing it something like 3x, then 6x, then 12x with water/alcohol(?). The theory is the hcg is imprinted in there and your body will react and do what it is supposed to do. I have used many homeopathic remedies in the past and they all worked great. Usually though homeopathic remedies actually give you what is causing your problem and your body somehow corrects it. My DS was wetting the bed so I got him homepathic tablets that were made of things that I guess cause urination but for some reason his body corrected itself and he does not pee the bed anymore. I hope I'm explaining this right! Google homeopathy and you can read all about it- it's very interesting.

Sublingual - actual hcg drops ( I think, I've never used)

Maybe other people can chime in who have used the sublingual. I've used homeopathic and have had great results.

This was confusing to me as well for awhile since both the REAL HCG and the homeopathic HCG are taken sublingually. Of course, the real HCG can be taken as a shot as well.

Day one went off without a hitch. I'm excited for another great day. The only twinge I get every now and then is the desire to eat something...not hunger, just habit.

Tiana...I was wondering if you'd considered switching to doing your drops 6X a day instead of three? It sounds like more of a pain, but it makes sense to me to spread them out.

Just a thought.

Glad to hear your releasing well, good for you!!

No I actually had not thought of taking the drops 6x a day instead 3. I guess it couldn't hurt. I guess like with any diet, your body get's accustomed to routine. So I'll try that tmrw and see what happens. Anything to avoid a stinking apple day! LOL!

Tiana - you may just be in that dreaded week where everyone seems to stall out a little and only lose very little, but then it seems like it picks up the next week.

Tiana...I was wondering if you'd considered switching to doing your drops 6X a day instead of three? It sounds like more of a pain, but it makes sense to me to spread them out.

Just a thought.
Glad the first day went well for you! I think I will probably struggle a little with that desire to just want to eat even though you aren't hungry. But I'm figuring that gets easier as you go.

I hope so! We shall see what the scale says tomorrow
I'm optomistic though, I know that its most definitly that freeloader TOM causing a ruckus!

Speaking of TOM, I'm on depo provera shots so I don't get a TOM, so since I am going to be doing the shots, I should not have to stop taking the shots for that then right? I know in P&I it says to stop taking the shots when TOM rolls around. Also, it says you should skip one day if you are going to do the longer 40 day round..does everyone skip a day or do you keep going and on that day you skip, do you find you are any hungrier?

Sorry for so many questions!!!

Tiana ~ from your results, you have to remember that you've lost 17.2 pounds in 18 days That's an average of 0.956 pounds per day. The normal average on this protocol is around 0.60 pounds per day so you are way ahead already! I agree though, TOM is most likely causing your small stall or your body is just adjusting to the new weight.

I don't do injections so hopefully someone can chime in here. My educated guess would be that since you don't get TOM then you should not skip the injection.
