Good morning everyone!! Happy Wednesday!!

I am down .9 this morning!! Yea!! The scale is finally moving for me again after a week of it not going anywhere. I'm glad that seems to be behind me!!!

Fit - I feel your frustration!! I was in that same boat last week. I was doing everything the same and I still couldn't lose. That lasted about 8 days and now for the past two days, my losses have picked by up again. Hang in there - it WILL get better!!! How much longer are you planning to go before you start P3? I had been thinking about only doing one more week, but now that I'm losing again I think I'll continue for the full 40 days!!

Hi I am so impress about the 4.2 pounds can you tell me what is the protein shake, do you buy a specific brand or you just mix a few things. Sorry never heard of a protein shake for CD. Thanks, Janet

Klittle- DH & I started our 4th week this past Monday and are planning on doing the 40 day protocol of the homeopathic oral Hhcg- think our 40th day is like Feb 26th- so that was my plan from the beginning to do the 40 day and I will weight loss or not and then we will start P3 the week of March 1st.
But I keep plugging along and have faith that the losses will start up again I just need to be patient.... anyhow thats awsome you lost- good job in keeping the faith huh?!?! hahaha How much have you lost since starting.. I am almost @ a -18 lbs gone and DH is like @ 28 lbs or so... so needless to say I am at least halfway to my goal of 30 lbs... ok off for now rock on !!!

Fit - My plan is the same, so we will be starting P3 at the same time. Total I have lost 16.5 as of today, I would also like to lose at least 30 this round. I'm hoping my losses will continue which will allow me to do that. I'm already looking forward to P3, and a nice salad with some meat and cheese on it. I also can't WAIT to use real lotion. This dry winter skin is killing me and Baby Lotion just isn't cutting it.

Klittle- I think we both started @ the same time which is pretty cool- and I am down about 17.5 lbs thus far and my goal was also to lose 30 lbs in this 41 day round but even if I can get to 20 or 25 lbs I'll be super happy.... And yes I to am looking forward to some eggs w/melted cheese on fried in olive oil- OMG does that sound wonderful to me!! anyhow I'm glad you had a great weigh in and I to will have one sooner or later- I'll keep the faith.... haha

Hello????

I posted the below question a couple of days ago. Has anyone heard about this?????? I have a newspaper article about it that my mom gave me just last night. I hope it isn't true.

I am here to see if any of you heard about the Government banning hCG? My friends (who have done it as well) said that is what they have been hearing. I guess the government isn't getting paid from it and wants it banned. I hope this is a rumor. Anyone hear about this?

Yeah I realize last time I saw the 160s was in Portland for like a day, and last time I was really IN the 160s was the very beginning of sophomore year of high school, so my stubborn little bod just may be freaking out LOVE YOU and HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!

And Little and Fit, I'm right there with you! My LDW will be taken on the 25th and my last drops are the 27th! I could push it all back another 3 days since I stopped 3 days for my period, but we'll see...p3 (and lotions! My Goddess the winter!) are looking miiiggghhhtttyyyy appealing. And the 27th is also the day I start pretty grueling dance rehearsals for the show so I'd rather be on a more substantial food allotment by then. But holy smokes...almond butter...I am holding out for some serious almond butter!

Janeann
No, no 4s for me!! I am stuck in a 5/6. 4s are a bit too tight and the 6s are way too loose!! Basically I have decided to do another round because I had a hard time stabilizing after this 2nd round. I was needing to do a correction day at least once a week!! Sometimes 2 times in a week  And I never saw my LDW since reaching it way back when!! I did not go smoothly into P4 like I should have and couldn't stay in P3 after my correction days to save my life! So I plan on doing this one last time correctly to avoid having to do another P2!!!

But your reaction is what my son said...you are going to get skinny?? I guess in his eyes I am not skinny enough 10 yr olds...what do they know?? Anyway, I do have plenty of fat to be getting rid of: big arms, c-section pouch, upper thigh area. Rest assured I won't be the emaciated lady in P&I by any means!! I am concentrating on fat pockets this round so the numbers I won't be bothered by. I am already under what I imagined I wanted to be, which is 133. So anything else is a bonus in my book!!!

That gets tossed around all the time!! I really don't know what to think. All I know is some of those ladies on yahoo are stockpiling the hcg now in case it ever comes to fruition!!! But who knows??? Hopefully it won't happen.

I'm also thinking that it would be so great if I could lose a bunch more this round and not have to do another round in the spring...this skin thing is getting totally ridiculous. I've been keeping it in check with Benadryl but even that's starting to be less effective.
Yargh. Frustrated this morning. I blame the weather.

Sweetie
It is freezing everywhere!!! I am so cold. I just remembered this was why I did NOT want to do P2 in the winter!!! I am cold, cold, cold all the time. And it was this same way when I did this in July! But at least then I could go outside and get warmed up. I am sorry to hear you are still having a reaction. I guess it must be the hcg, huh? What we do to get skinny, huh??!! Here is hoping your day goes better today

I agree Kristi! I love my lotions and my lips are so chapped right now. Have the vaseline on them now, but would prefer my usual coconut oil lip balm! And I just started!! I have a long way to wait for those. Oh, well what we suffer in order to get skinny!! And yes, a nice big salad sounds wonderful right now--with real dressing!!! You have done amazing!! Great job!!!

The correction days are listed in the P3 section that Lindy started up for us. I posted the shake days. They are post #13 & #15. You should be able to find it in here:

Janet and wmac I used BODY FORTRESS from Wal-mart
first shake second shake

one scoop whey potein at 105 cals one scoop
about 12 ozs of coffee water
Da Vinci KAHLUA sugar free Banana Da Vinci
two teas cream two teas cream
blended ice 6 frozen strawberries
two eggs one egg

Had I done it the way most were doing it, I would have had three shakes .

the first and the second one having two eggs and the third one having one egg. I just wasn't hungry so I didn't care to have more food intake. Hope this
helps in a good weight loss for you .

It surprised me ,I am like Bob wanting to eat my meal not drink it, but I had the potein that needed to be used so I decided to give it a try and I was very pleased with the results .

Janeann
