I really enjoy it - I have it for at least one meal every day on P2. I keep my apple cider vinegar in a spritz bottle and spritz the spinach leaves so they are nice and evenly coated and the ACV doesn't all end up in the bowl.

Let me know what you think if you try it.

P3D2

109.4 for the 3rd day in a row! Unheard of! Ended yesterday on about 1450 calories - about 23% Carbs, 30% Protein & 47% Fat. Most of the carbs were from 2 apples I had and a cup of milk.

Last P3 my calories were a little higher in the 1650-1750 (with a few high days up to 2,200) - I am about 5lbs lighter now but not sure if that will lower the calories I need. Guess I'll try and see.

See Y'all!

All that snow sounds like good DVD, couch & warm coffee weather. We're hoping for some snow in the local mountains so we can drive up on Sunday and let my girl get her snowplay on.

Aww thank you Candy! Yeah it's FREEZING in my room (my bedroom in my apt has one wall that is the outside of the whole building...somewhat slightly chilly!) so the only thing on the radar for the rest of the weekend is blankies, movies, work, reading, and lots and lots of yummy spicy tea!
And kudos to you, who seems to have found a happy weight for a few days! Enjoy all that p3 yumminess!

I liked this a lot! Thanks for posting it

Well it is VCLD day number 19 and I am below my round 1 LDW!!!! I woke up to a 1.2 lb loss this morning (which was great because I was SOOOO tempted to cheat last night but I didn't! Mexico mexico mexico...) which puts me at 172.8...my last ldw was 173! Another 1.7 lbs and i'll be in complete virgin territory
Going without drops again today because I'm still on my period (it'll be day 3 w/out). Started getting a bit of a hunger monster last night but I was also up way later than usual...still, I think it'll be the last day without drops regardless of whether my period is done tomorrow (which it probably will be anyway). YAY! This is so exciting...much much better for a week 3/TOM than I could have expected!
Stay warm, happy losses, and keep up the maintaining, you gorgeous people you!

wmac- I have never done the Px90 but my sister and DH have and I guess it is a VERY intense workout- I think it is for people that are used to working out rather than someone just starting out from what I've heard?!?! Ppl that have done it I know have had excellent results if you stick with it...

I hate to think of doing this another 20 days (40 days total) and continuing to lose only 2.2 lbs per week. Any loss is good, I know, but at this rate, it will take me forever to reach my goal.
When I did my 40 day round
week 1 was 6.0
week 2 was 4.0
week 3 was 1.8
week 4 was 4.0
week 5 was 2.0
week 6 was 4.4

Hi friends, I have a few pages of catching up to do. I just returned from a week away. Still holding strong at +1 over LIW. I was going to end my interruption yesterday when I found I had no bac water. Was my subconscious making an excuse to stay on P3 a few more days? Probably.
Happy releasing and maintaining all you beautiful people! Happy Superbowl Day!

I have it and I had started it a few days before R1. It is VERY intense and definitely not a beginner's workout. It can be modified to different fitness levels. I stopped doing it because you probably burn at least 500 cals if not more during the workout and I didn't want to mess with the protocol. But I'm looking forward to picking up the exercise again in P3.

Happy Sunday All!
Down another 1.2 lbs this morning...putting me at 171.2 which is just one lb above my lowest from last round p3 (I'd thought this number was actually it but I went through my ****** and turns out it was 170.2). I am so close to the 60s and soooo happy with my losses for the past week...I've gone down 7.4 lbs in the 5 days since my period started...unreal! Back on drops today and about to go eat my first meal...woke up really late plus wasn't hungry so i'm lazing my way into the kitchen today Happy losses/shrinkages/maintains/Superbowl-ing!

OMG. We lived in Pullman from 1992-2002. My DH was a police officer and then a sergeant for the Pullman PD. Isn't that what everybody with a BA in English does? Now we own our own coffee shops here in MN.
