[QUOTE=Bob1956;13161062]Good morning All. Today is R3P3D17, and my weight is 180lbs., a 1 lb. loss from yesterday. The high fat/lower protein plan seems to be working. I'll be staying on it at least 4 more days, until I get to P4, which starts Thursday. I'll see what kind of plan Biz has for me then.

Bob good for you, I am glad you finding what works for you . Enjoy your P4 this week coming week .
I am on P4 now it's very easy for me to get out of control with the carbs ,but just .2 over my LDW is very good since I ate my though 2 cartons of ice cream in 2 days . I felt like I was loading ,I am thinking I can't be trusted to bring ice cream into the house anymore,it wasn't even sugarfree

[QUOTE=40winks;13161697]Hi everyone,
I was down 1.6 pounds this morning. I guess that makes up for 4 straight days of small losses and no losses. Yesterday, for the first time, I added B-complex and B-12 suppliments. I'm gonna take them daily and see what happens.

Good for you , that's a great loss

I took vit B-complex with both of my rounds, along with a lot of other suppliments , B's are important I think .

Hi, Everyone. Just checking in to see new faces and check on old friends. Looks like some amazing losses and reshaping going on. Those of you who are frustrated, be sure to look at the big picture. I started April 10, 2009...lost 50 by September. I gained a little at Christmas, so I'm back on hhCG for a short round and love the quick results. The reshaping is the best part. I don't even worry about the scale.
Dawn, you must be invisible by now. LOL Amazing results
Bob, you're awesome as well.
Have a great day, Everyone.

Janeann, step away from the ice cream, I repeat, step away from the ice cream.

Thanks Janeann, I will, but I will not go near ice cream.

Daily check-in

Good morning All. Today is R3P3D18, and my weight is 179.5 lbs., a .5 lb loss from yesterday. Everything seems to be going well, Thursday I will be heading to P4. I have done 3 P3's, and this has been the smoothest going. I hope P4 go's the same way, because I always gained on P4, but I think this one will be different with Bootcamp. Gotta move on.

Everyone have a great and INTENTIONAL day.

Awesome!! I know how it feels to be frustrated. It seems like so so so much work to be intentional and eat so little so I felt like it was a wasted day if I didn't lose and especially if I gained. But it has all turned out ok so far. I ended R2 29.5 pounds lighter in the end! Now I'm on to P3 to see what I can lose inches-wise.

I've got a non-George Foreman grill that works great....but the grill pans can't be removed and it's hideously annoying and difficult to clean. For those with the "real" George Foreman grills, do you like them? Are they easy to clean? I'm seriously thinking of getting one, although I hate replacing appliances that work. (I could donate my old one, though.)
We have a newer GF and the griddles snap out and can go right in the dishwasher. Depending on how much is sticking to the griddle, sometimes I wipe off the stuck on gunk and then place it in the dishwasher. Other times, I just stick it right in the DW and it comes out perfectly. Still have to try all kinds of food in it.

Haven't started the HCG yet but am seriously considering it. You folks are so young. I am 72 years old and have only been obese for 5-6 years after several medical problems and multiple medications. I still am questioning whether it is safe from a medical standpoint. Some doctors say ok, others no. We'll see but I like reading all of your success stories.

I didn't weigh this morning. I got up early to take my friends to the airport. By now, they're in Cancun. Wow! As if that's not wonderful enough, the trip is free.

Hi Eve. HCG works just as well for us older gals, so don't let age be a concern. In fact, it may work better because we don't have TOM to deal with. Hope you're off those fattening medications! I'm pretty sure Dr. Simeons mentioned in his book, Pounds and Inches, that HCG has no drug interactions or side effects. (I'm sure some of the experts on here can confirm or correct me.) If you have any doubts about the safety of HCG, you can relieve them by reading Pounds and Inches. Just do a google search -- several sites offer it free to download.

i will have to be careful with the cabbage and it made a tasty slaw with stevia and vinegar but cause a stall on each of my previous rounds...not so for my DH he even ate part of one of my mock egg rolls and lost(the rat) they were delicious but i won't be risking it again i don't think

oh yeah just having some of that warm broth helps so much! i even cut up my protein that was already cooked last round and make a good size cup of soup and holding it in that warm mug made it better! GREAT job on your continued losses (and your job and DH and Kids wowza!)but you are so tiny anyways!! don't stand sideways we won't see ya!
Thanks Deb!!! Love ya!! I am glad you are trying something different. I switched formulas for the cost as well, so we will try anything, eh? I know you will do well this time around. Happy Monday to you!!!

question in case anyone might know- I take the Hhcg, Metabolic, and PPH (Pituitary, Pineal & Hypothalmus) drops every day and am nearing the end of my P2 once I am out of the Hhcg... Do you think it would be ok to take the rest of Metab and PPH till they are gone while I'm in P3? I won't be going on to a 2nd phase for a long time and don't want to waste them- I assume the Metab & PPH are just supporting products to help with the weight loss so I see no reason why I should not be able to take them in P3 to use them up? Anyone have any thoughts on that one??

yes they are homeopathic and they say these 2 things also support with weight loss protocol w/the Hhcg so I'm sure they are fine for me to take till they run out....

Hi everyone. Its been almost a week since I have posted. I have a question. I am a flight attendant and while I was out flying for the last 4 days I ran out of my hcg drops. I have not taken any drops for 2 days now. I just recieved my new shipment of hcg, should I start taking my drops again tomorrow or start now. I did stay on the 500 cl a day. Congrats to everyone for losing more weight.

IMO I would start the drops asap and continue with the vlcd.... you did not say how long you are doing the hcg though? Are you doing a 21 day or 40 day protocol

thanks for the reply. Yesterday was day 21 on the diet. I ran out on the 20th so I guess I will start tomorrow morning back on them. I wanted to do the 40 day and thought I would have gotten my other drops in before I left on my trip. Should I start load days again? Or just continue on the drops on the vlcd? Also I am trying to find some recipes for the P1 can not find them any where. Can anyone help me????

IMO I would just start with the drops again and not do the 2 load days... and as far as P1 recipes I do not believe there are any for that Phase-

Hi everyone - just introducing myself and anxiously awaiting my homeopathic hcg drops to come in the mail! I can't wait to get started.

Congrats to all of you on your losses!

Daily check-in

Goog morning All. Today is R3P3D20, and my weight is 179.5 lbs., the same as the last three days. I'm pretty happy with my stabilazation this round. It wasn't this smooth my last to rounds. Thursday the next challenge starts, P4. I have a good feeling about this P4, though.

Everyone have a great and INTENTIONAL day.
