Thanks for the support : )
So we talked it over and he's still not 100% convinced but he says he's willing for me to try it a while longer. So back to 500 cals today! At least I didn't gain this weekend. This morning I'm at 266. We'll see where I am tomorrow. Thanks again! |

Good morning to all on this cold winter morning....well after a awful week 4 I am starting out Week 5 with a .4 loss !!
Yeh I'll take it better than what the scale has been showing lately..... so hopefully my week 5 will bring me some results after netting only .6 loss in the last 8 days.... Maybe my system is once again ready to drop some weight- we shall see.... I'm so close to that 20 lb mark I can almost taste it?!?! teehee So I'm being VERY diligent on trying to stay away from staller foods and watch my portions like a hawk so we shall see.... Anyhow hope everyone had a great wknd- mine was good and am off today for Pres. Day so looks like it will be a shopping day for me... anyhow good day to all and till next time, keep on a rockin... A question for Sublingual HCG users
Gee, thanks, jpollock!
A question for those of you using the sublingal HCG (not homeopathic) who have completed at least one round of VLCDs:

Hi everyone! I hope everyone had a wonderful Valentines day.
I tried the planned interruption, but ended up cheating reallly badly. So, I only stayed off for 2 days, then right back to a VLCD. I loved not having to reload. I lost what I gained and then some in the last few days. It was a learning experience. In order to be successful on this diet, I need to be able to go into P3 or a planned interruption and stay intentional. That is where I am really having a hard timee. How soon can I try another planned interruption, do I have to wait another 21 days? I am on VLCD 30 and am down 26lbs.

Good Morning,
I have a question, can anyone tell me exactly what type of veal we are allowed to eat on the protocol? Is it the veal lamb chops? I've never bought veal before and don't know exactly what to look for? Any help is appreciated. |

Daily check-in
Good morning All. Today is R3P3D13, and my weight is 180 lbs, a 1 lb. gain from yesterday. I expected more, being the day before yesterday I ate 3500 cals/300 g fat and yesterday I ate 3000 cals/258 g fat.(check my ******) This is kinda freaking me out, but I'm just going to take this day by day. I'm getting a little more time, now that Mom is in her apartment, so I can post a little more. The ****** and Bootcamp take up a little time also, but well worth it. Gotta go, see you all later.
Everyone have a great and INTENTIONAL day. |

P3 is not all that!
The first two days were horrible for me as I didn't sneak up on it. I had set to stop my 72 hours VLCD before a weekend getaway. I vomited every day with muscle spasms with the crap I put in my body. Mainly, it was just real food but high fat but also protein....just too much of a good thing I suppose. I am extremely ready to go back on P2 and I have only been on P3 for a few days! I will attempt to stay on P3 until the weekend but I will not make it any longer......

Well good morning to all and a good morning it is- scale showed a 1 lb loss this morning !! WooHoo ~~ Week 5 is surely starting out alot better than week 4 thats for sure.... I am now 1 lb away from my first mini goal of wanting to hit 20 lbs..... so needless to say I am thrilled that the scale has shown me a loss today- hope it continues since we are nearing our 40 day protcol come next Thurs and then on to P3 Sun.... Question for those doing the sublingual homeopathic drops- I beleive I read somewhere that if you are doing the homeopathic it is 48 hrs vlc w/no drops before you go to P3 unlike the 72 hrs for others- does that sound right- anyone know?!?! Anyhow off for now take care all

Yes, with the homeopathic, you only have to go 48 hrs without drops before going into P3. Good luck! |

Good morning all, I'm up .4 today. But I'm not worried, Bernice hadn't come to visit yet when I weighted and I didn't get much sleep last night. I'm sure tomorrow will be better. I have noticed I have a pattern of gain, loss, gain, loss. As long as the losses are bigger than the gains, then I am happy!!!
Fit - I'm glad week 5 is going better for you!!! |

Daily check-in
Good morning All. Today is R3P3D14, and my weight today is 182.5 lbs, a 2.5 gain from yesterday. I'm going to up my fats. I haven't eaten beef during my whole P2, so now I'm going for the beef. I'm right at +2 above LIW, so no CD today, but we'll see what happens tomorrow. I'll see what Biz suggest.

VLCD #9 Weight 121.2
Well, thankfully my blip up from yesterday is gone. Unfortunately it didn't take any friends with it!! But I am fine with it all. I am feeling good and know I followed plan. That is the plan for today too! I hope to get a few cups of hot tea in today. I didn't yesterday. I ate no veggie at lunch yesterday so I could compensate for the chicken broth I had. And I had my Cold Eeze for my sore throat hoping it won't catch on and become a full blown cold. Kyle (my 4 year old) has been coughing for a couple of weeks now and I am sure that is what I am fighting off. I have to make sure I leave myself some time today too for cooking some on protocol foods. I have to make some fish and portion out some shrimp and cook veggies for this week. I work Thurs, Fri, Sat and Sun!!! So good-to-go foods are the best during those rush times. I have not updated for a few days. I started my VLCD #1 at 129 I have never lost 8 pounds in a week in any other round!!! This is my third and while I thought it would be a sculpting round it seems like it is turning into a losing round!! I am all for that!!! Happy Weds everyone!!! |

![]() ![]() how is your DH progressing??Morning Bob and Dawn!! preparing some of my protein today...i am going to have to go back on P2 way earlier than is described in protocol i am 8 pounds above LDW and i am on R2P4D9 and have almost undone all the good i did last round sigh hope the roads clear soon so i can get my supplies for mixing, Grizzy hooked me up and i am going to try the sublingual this time and i still have 2 bottles of the homeopathic if i need to switch mid stream...maybe i will have nerve enough to start by myself next week DS14 is almost 5 pounds below LDW(He broke into 289!!! ) and DH is stabilized at about 178 so i would be doing it by my lonesome this time..i know Dawn cooked for her DH and kids the whole time she has done protocol I just don't know if i am mentally strong enough*sigh* i am such a worry wort
