Daily check-in

Good morning All. Today is R3P3D8, and my weight is 181 lbs., a 2lb. loss from yesterday. I'm still .5 lb. above my LIW. I would have liked to lose 3 lbs., but I'll take it. I think I'll skip the eggs this morning, and have a P2 lunch for breakfast, being that we're going out to dinner for our anniversary. Gotta go now, see you guys later.
Everyone have a great and INTENTIONAL day.

I'm down a pound after not losing yesterday. I cheated by eating two chicken meals yesterday and only eating strawberries as a fruit.

I've noticed that the Melba, orange, and apple cause major cravings for me. I'll probably add them in again but it's so much easier when I avoid those foods. Does anyone else do this? Just curious...

Stalled again today at 170.6 (!!!). I realize it must be a set point because I haven't been firmly below 170 in years, so while I was super frustrated this morning, now I'm pretty okay with the outcome knowing that in a few days I'll be *legit* in the 160's! I told my mom that if those .6 lbs aren't gone by Sunday they will be my Valentine
I have a super social weekend this weekend (movie date with my friend Friday, Berlin reunion dinner on Saturday, girls' night V-day potluck on Sunday) so I'm just going to stay WAY prepared and have my food with me for everything and drink TONS of water and tea. Plus my vanilla nunaturals came in at the health food store so if a serious sweet tooth happens I can really doctor my food and make it treat-ier I suppose I get a character-building weeks 2 and 4 in exchange for that freakishly rockin' week 3!

Those set points are yucky aren't they??!! But I know you will blow right on by. Good for you for being prepared!!! I wonder what your "vanilla nunaturals" is? Is that flavored stevia?? That one is my favorite, but I use the Sweetleaf brand. Well I am off to buy some strawberries!! They are on sale at the Publix this week! Happy Thurs to ya!!

Here is my update for the day. I am on VLCD #3 and have lost .6 overnight. I am a bit bummed as that doesn't even have me in my window from last P3/P4 but it is what it is. I will continue with protocol til done in 21 or so days. I did not get my walk in yesterday as it was too cold and windy so I will try my best to fit it into today's busy schedule!!

Good morning all. I'm up .4 this morning, but not too worried about it as I had lost 2.2 in the last two days. However, I had asparagus last night and the last time I had it, I had a small gain the next day too. So, I think I'm going to stay away from it. Although, it is a nice change of pace sometimes.

Have a great day everyone!!

O my goodness Dawn i LOVE the nunaturals stevia! I wish they made lots of flavors but right now it's just the vanilla. Not bitter at all, no weird aftertaste, no chemical-y flavor. Delish!

Great!! Thanks for the review!! Yeah, I don't do aftertastes really well. Most stevias to me taste bitter. But not the Sweetleaf. I wonder if it is because it is a liqiuid??

Thank you, there is a lot of good information for P3. So is the recipe asking for raw egg? blended?

Thanks again.

This recipe is different than the short cut I got earlier. There both sounds good except for the raw egg I am confused about the two teas cream? and the coffee water? also is the Body Fortress the whey protein? Sorry for all the questions. Thanks

Thanks, wmac, I'll certainly try to KUTGW! Yep, I've lost every single day so far and I'm doing a happy dance. My friend and neighbor (who's going to an expensive HCG diet doctor) has lost 50 pounds in 60-65 days of straight P2.

Having read Pounds and Inches twice, I"m now reading Kevin Trudeau's The Weight Loss Cure "They" Don't Want You to Know About to find out what he has to say about HCG.

Body Fortress is the name of the company that makes the protein powder

whey protein is what it is

two teaspoon of whip cream (Just because I wanted a richer creamer taste )you don't need it ,as I just made up the recipes for my taste .

coffee because you need liquid for it , and I enjoy cold coffee drinks

water is just the liquid you need , it could be water, kool aide, diet pop, juice whatever you want that you think would taste good and keeping the calories down .

If you don't want raw eggs, you could do a scoop of whey protein powder for each egg as long as the calories are about the same as your eggs would be . I think it just gives added protein .
However you would never know that raw eggs were in it by the taste.

Just make a drink to make your taste buds happy and loss some weight .

Daily check-in

Good morning All. Today is R3P3D9, and my weight is 181 lbs. The same as yesterday. I thought there would be a gain today, being that we went out to Houston's for dinner last night. We stuck to P3 eating. (Boorriing) Me and DW haven't enjoy the last two times we went out for dinner, because of the limits P3 put on our choices. DW go's back on P3 Monday for about 10 more days. I hope everyone is doing well, gotta get to work now, so everyone have a great and INTENTIONAL day.
