Simeons Protocol (HCG) January 2010

Though we know everyone wants to help support people through the Simeon's Protocol (HCG) diet, we recommend you consult a physician before starting any diet plan. Since no one can possibly know the medical history of the members here, dispensing medical advice is not allowed. This is for the protection of both the member giving the advice as well as the member receiving the advice. LCF wants to keep everyone safe. We would also like to point out that hCG is a controlled substance and requires a doctor's written prescription. Online sales of hCG may be illegal in some states. Therefore, we must request that you not post where or how you are obtaining your hCG products. Our ToS states "any material that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, result in civil liability, or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national or international law is prohibited." We recommend you re-read our ToS to familiarize yourself with the LCF rules.

Adding that because people are continuing to break the rules here by posting information they are not suppose to post and passing it through PMs and emails we will have no choice but to start moderating (and possibly banning) anyone who continues to violate the ToS.

The only thing I did different yesterday was, play golf instead of my regular walk. I don't remember (that CRS is kicking in again)the last time Bernice came for a visit, hope she drops by, no pun intended.

Happy New Year Everyone!!!

Today is laundry day here on vacation in Atlanta. Fortunately the hotel has a coin-op. I can do it all at once and then get on with our day.

We are going to the Coca Cola museum and then to Underground Atlanta. It is what the older boys really want to do. Trying to do at least one thing on the top of each person's list.

Unfortunately I am up 4.8 over my modified LIW of 143. I set a 5# gain limit for vacation and am almost there. Yesterday was a complete indulgence day. We went to The Varsity (a complete greasy spoon) for lunch. I had two chili dogs, onion rings and most of an orange frosty. For dinner we went to a Persian place and I had bread and lots of basmati rice. For dessert we went somewhere else and I had tripple chocolate cake.

I figured it was better to do it all in one day rather than spread it out. Today will be extreme P3 with lots and lots of water. TOM is very overdue and I woke up with puffy fingers. I know it has to do with what I ate yesterday.

I told DH about my 5# goal during the vacations. His response: "Is that hard to do?" Duh!!! I explained that, yes it is, especially because you don't know what is in anything you eat. Take the sausages for breakfast, they could have sugar, corn syrup, hfcs, etc. I think he got it though.

Fingers already feel better since I have been up and moving. Am also going to drink lots of oolong tea. It certainly can't hurt.

I have also decided to do R2 when I get back. TOM should have paid his visit by then, and if not, I'll start as soon as he has been here for a few days.

OK, OK I'll take it, but reallllly wanted it to say 197.8 (at least!!!) because that would be a brand new number. But tomorrow is holding great promise for that...what do I need to do to get that to happen....stay 100% Intentional to Dr. S's P&I AND get Bernice to quit hiding from me - called her out to play yesterday, but she ignored me...naughty, naughty Bernice...

I remember you!! back!! When I had to feed my kids (I have 4!!) I would have willpower of steel. Everyday my youngest son eats yogurt, the first VLCD I was about to do like I always do--lick the top!! My tongue was this close until I realized that I cannot do that any longer. I made up my mind that if it was not on the list Dr S put together I was just not going to eat it. It was easy to resist because the hcg made me not hungry.

Just drink water, drink hot tea, coffee what ever you drink between meals when you are feeding your son anything. Or have an apple slice (grissini....) ready to go so you can have something to pop into your mouth. You are allowed food!!! Just make sure you don't overeat your food. Good luck!!!

It is hard when you are eating out. Esp on vacation when everyone around you is indulging. Enjoy the rest of your trip and good luck with the correction day!

I lost 22lbs in 2009 and am loading today and tomorrow. I don't know what to expect for this next round. This protocol is soooo encouraging in terms of results and change in body shape.
Good luck with your next round!!

All from HHCG! The above numbers are fairly conservative and that makes a total of 392 lbs for our family.
Your family are rocking the protocol!

Happy New Year, everyone!
Thanks for starting the new thread. Trust Em made it to Berliln okay- my niece had the best time there when she went two years ago.

Those load pounds will melt off - I'm sure you'll do as well this round as you did the last!!

Happy 2010!

2009 was my first round of hCG and I lost 30 lbs in 48 days using homeopathic. I am on day 14 of P3 and exactly at my LDW so very happy and relieved. So far I have not been over the 2 lb mark so that poor steak I keep getting ready for a correction day gets eaten as part of a regular P3 meal

I am sipping french roast coffee with a good two inches of freshly whipped heavy cream on top and feeling very proud and indulgent

I want to lose another 30 next round and then maintain for life so in late Jan if all goes well on P4 I will be doing another round.

Have a great and intentional day everyone!
