Rock it, girl. I'll be happily joining boot camp, too, so I can be thinner after my awesome Dr. Simeons hCG round!!!!!
You're going to do a fab job in P3.

Thank you thank you thank you!!!! I am glad the skin thing seems to be at least manageable. I'm at the conclusion that I'm actually allergic to the hcg drops as this happened last time and went away as soon as I started p3, so if I can just keep the itching at bay while I'm on p2 I consider it an eensy price to pay.

Anyway we are kicking some serious hiney and we are moving towards our goals and I am very thankful for everyone of you. Those of you who are not seeing the huge losses I feel your frustration but just focus on the inches part because I have lost only 3.8 lbs in 15 days due to being over LDW from last round but I am moving in the right direction and so are you. Enjoy the journey!

Well Happy Saturday everyone! i have done literally nothing but lay around in bed all day watching Alias episodes with my roomate, cooked up all my proteins for this week, and lounged even more! My friend came to borrow my kitchen to make cookies and whenever she does she insists I keep leftover ingredients. Well today the chocolate chips were SCREAMING my name so I thought of a plan. i just made chocolate bark with reese's cups and now I'm in the process of finding people to take it off my hands immediately. Yay!
Down a full pound from yesterday Loving protocol as usual. Getting kind of craving-y now and then, but I'm pretty positive my period should be here within the week which might explain that. Or I'm just craving yummy food! Either way, I don't give a gosh darn...I'm shrinking and I love it!

Daily check-in

Good morning All. Today is VLCD 32 of R2, and my weight today is 180.5 lbs., a 1 lb. loss from yesterday. I don't have to tell you how happy I am being this close to 179.5 and the end of P2. Hopefully the 179.5 will come, but I'm not going to stress if it doesn't. Tomorrow will be my last shot. I haven't been replying because I've been a little busy looking for furniture for Mom, she moved back from PR, and now got a place that she's been on the waiting list for over 2 years. I'll try a catch, see you guys later. Everybody have agreat day and stay INTENTIONAL.

snowed in.

i am a bit frustrated. i am on ph3. snowed in and eating what i have in the house and trying not to go over board. usually if i stay busy going and doing lots of things it is easier. and we all know that you have to have lots of healthy snacks around but if you are snowed in and trying to be creative it is tough. snowed in since friday morning. i have been .2 pounds away from a steak day for 3 days. eeeessshhh.

debboreh- I can totally relate to being snowed in since I live in Fargo, ND... we've already had a few of those wknds here as well and luckily I made it to the storm before it hit- I've been thru that drill a million times before what w/the winters here so I am usually one step ahead of the game- but hang in there and try to do the best ya can... how much snow have you guys gotten- I think our last storm here we got about 18" or so and the temps were terribly cold.... like -20 below @ night..... I am such a warm weather gal and just hate the winters.... gets worse the older I get.... maybe one day when I retire I'll get smart and go somewhere warm during the winters months?!?!
anyhow off for now good day to you all !!

we didn't get as much as you are talking but for nashville.....we don't have any team to get us back up. they don't expect much here so they don't have the salt and trucks to get us back up and running. we just have like 4 inches and it froze and re snowed and froze again. i know the kids don't have school again tomorrow. thanks for your encouragement. just a bit of cabin fever here. i will make it through this time.

KD, be careful. This rounds are only 23 days, you have be strict for that amount of time, and then you will get to eat some different foods when you get to P3. It might take a few days to start losing again with that sugar in your system. You need to be INTENTIONAL.

JayJayRox- wow that is wonderful news- good for you you must be very thrilled with that- I know I would be.... FYI- I tried something new tonight for supper that I had read somewhere (maybe here) I steamed some radishes and OMG were they ever good... whomever came up with that idea a big tk you they were very good for something new... I had not eaten radishes on protocol but thought I;d give it a whirl and great now have another option for a veggie.... they kind of reminded me of a very faint tasting rutabaga.. DH even liked them so that was great as well... little salt & pepper and delish!! If you haven't tried them I highly recommend them anyhow off for now- been one long day and I'm dawg tired... talk @ ya all tomorrow

Bah! I resisted the chocolate chips....buuut (can't you just tell already how loaded that "but" is?)...I went on a food bender last night! I had a craving attack like never before and just went bonkers with everything in front of me. I'd never cheated like that while on P2 and I gotta say, it was great fun yesterday while it lasted, but all day today I've felt gross. I do not recommend cheating! My tummy's been icky, I've felt vommy all day, and eating is an absolute chore. Plus I was 2 lbs up this morning. Definitely definitely definitely not worth it! (but at least i got to learn the fun way )
Today's been super clean and included tons of water, tomorrow and the next twenty something days will be the same!

WOO HOO!!! Great news! Wasn't your last round like this, slow at the start then picking up after a few weeks? Maybe this is your pattern.

Em, I did the same thing a week ago. I switched from spray back to injections and so I felt like I "needed" to reload. I ate cereal, peanut butter, ice cream, ect., ect. I felt horrible and gained 3lbs that literally took a week to get off. But, maybe my binge will help keep me on track till P3.
I wish you the best wth clean P2 eating!!!

Yeah. Fast at first, then slow, then picked up at the end.
I was getting discouraged because I am still at 2lbs over my LIW from Nov.!!
I may have had too many strawberries today:blush:, we shall see in the morning!!

GOAL

The last few days have been especially hard, and the losses pretty puny, but today I discovered why. TOM decided to pay a very early visit. He hasn't been very regular for the last year or so, but I have never had this short of a cycle. Don't know if it is due to perimenopause or hcg. Hope it doesn't affect P3 which starts on Wednesday.

I am happily reporting though, that I am at goal....135.6

It seems pretty amazing to me that I have lost 35 pounds since September 1, just 5 months.
