HI everyone,
I am feeling so much better after a hungry and weird feeling day Monday. I actually ate a meal earlier than usual today but was afraid to because I did not want that hungry, empty feeling and guess what? I have been satisfied all day, not feeling the need to eat. I also feel clear and energetic. Is this the hhcg? I just received my book "HCG Diet Made Simple" and can't wait to read and use the receipes! Also, I was doing some searching and found this wonderful post from someone who has maintained 4 months so far. Here it is: Just wanted to send an update about where I'm at after the holidays. I did homeopathic HCG drops for 51 days, lost a total of 38 on HCG ended at 156.6 pounds. I ended at the beginning of September. I'm now floating between 145-148 depending on the day. And that's AFTER the holidays. I let myself enjoy them without going overboard (too much). My metabolism is completely fantastic. I can go out to eat, and go up a pound or two the next day, but it's right off the following. I feel much better, look better, and this program changed my life! So all of you in the middle of the diet, I hope my story can encourage you all to keep going! I had a few slip ups on the diet, but always got back on track. So Best of luck to all of you!! I found this encouraging! |

Yes, I did .. a LOT! Was worried for a while there when it came out in handfuls each time I washed it. I didn't really do anything about it and after a while started seeing some new hair growth along my path so I thought it would probably grow back. Just cut my hair short until the new growth grows in a bit. I have seen some recommendations on other boards about supplements to take but can't remember what they are. Maybe a Google search will find them.
You having that problem? -C |

My mother and aunt, both who used rx, had the same problem. Mom got a supplement that really has helped, and aunt used hair loss topical system that helped. |

Thanks Aggie, Grizzy and Sharon. That pic was three years ago, while I was playing with my BFF in Flagstaff.
I'm having VLCD 2 today, and I showed a 2 pound loss this morning. I'll take it! I've had some hunger spells, but I figure I'm just adjusting. Grizzy, I stopped my thyroid and BHRT, just to see how my body would react. So far, so good. Hot flashes during the night while loading, but none last night. I'm incredibly COLD for the first time in my life. ![]() |

I would take hot baths to warm up. I didn't have any hot flashes or night sweats at all when I took the hHCG and I slept very well. The night sweats started about the third day after I stopped P2 and moved on to P2 which is about when the HCG leaves your body. |

Today is VLCD 5, and I am down -1.0 this morning.
After washing dishes for an hour last night (by hand), I had a big -oh-no- moment, and hoped the soap wouldn't stall me this morning. I also had P2 chili yesterday and was nervous about how my body would react to tomatoes. All that worrying for nothing My biggest challenge is knowing how to respond when being invited over to someone's home for lunch or dinner/ I've been able to get out of the invites so far, but I won't be able to forever. It might be a little rude to show up with a tupperware of chili. How have you handled situations like this in the past?

This is VLCD 3 for me, and I was down another two pounds this morning. My face looks clearer, too.
