Good morning!!
Today is load day 2 and am up 7 lbs from LDW (I was up 4 when I started loading). I was hoping to be closer to LDW when I started, but didn't want to delay another day once my drops came in and decided to load rather than do a correction day then load. I am already sick of food!! Can't wait to finish up loading today and on to VLC eating and the scale moving down again. Hope everyone has a great Tuesday!!! |

I so understand getting all that water down; I've been unable to since it is so cold here in Florida. Relatively speaking, it's only 36o here right now, so I'm drinking Oolong hot tea all day long. Quote:

Thanks Diana! Not liking these 30 degrees temps we have been having. It is in the teens overnight--too cold for me! My body seems to like it right at 124--fine with me!!!

Thanks Alisa! I have not really talked to them since I have returned. Too busy!! But no phone call means A-OK, I suppose. See, no invitation to a memorial or luncheon or anything. Just like I suspected. Ah, well. That is OK. I have been so busy to even notice. But yes, I do need to call and check in with them. Thanks for asking.

Dawn, like Sharon I didn't do a stellar job of P3 so I restarted hCG 6 days before Christmas, took a break while travelling and I'm now back on the "juice" and the indulgence weight is starting to come off. I'm praying I can do a better job on P3 this time around. As they said if you don't succeed at first, try, try again.

I ate half a pan of sausage stuffed yeast rolls, a bag of dried pineapple, a pint of ice cream, a big sub with turkey, melted cheese, and avocado. With that was HUGE avocado with Russian dressing. Supper was dinner at Olive Garden. Creamy chicken gnocchi soup, stuffed chicken marsala with parmesan mashed potatoes and tiramisu. Then we had Whataburger for a late night snack and I had a bacon cheeseburger and a cherry fried pie. Don't ask me how I was able to eat all that because I have NO idea. I have the second half of the rolls reheating in the oven now and I'm going to have a couple of avocados with it for brunch. I have to leave the house for a while and when I come back, I'm going to make a tater tot casserole with hamburger meat, cream of chicken soup and velveeta cheese. I love goopy trashy food like that! We're going out to eat at Mimi's Cafe tonight with a friend, too. Yeah, I think I'm loading pretty well. hehe It's making me look very forward to my VLCD tomorrow!

It doesn't know if you're exercising, though. It just knows if you were more active and charts it as so. Without specifying what exactly you were doing, it just charts your activities as: sedentary, lightly active, fairly active and very active for whatever 24 hour period where you're wearing the fitbit. So let's say you went to the gym yesterday from 5 pm - 6 pm.. when you sync the fitbit, it'll show (hopefully!) that you were "very active"... you can go in and enter exactly what you were doing (running, kickboxing, elliptical, etc). Same with any time during the day, really. If I really wanted to know how many calories I use driving in to work in the morning, I would enter that as my activity during whatever time I was driving to work. I'm extra verbally challenged today. Quote:

hi everyone,
Down .6 lbs today. I was really hungry last night to the point it made me sick to my stomach. I was at work, so did not get my normal cleaning duties done. I am still hungry this morning but will wait till way late to start eating so I am not so hungry at night. Do you think I should switch hcg product? I have not added melba toast yet because the store I was at did not have it but will get some today. tracey |

----------- That said, I started my VLCDs yesterday (back from an interruption), and I was a little hungry towards the evening (probably because I JUST started the HCG yesterday, so there wasnt much in my system) and I got home lat night and ate a brownie. But it's all good. It hit the spot, and I'm down 3.2 pounds today. 18 more VLCDs to go. |
