Hello!!!!!!!!!!

Barbie I love your picture - you look great.

I maintained very well over vacation. I weighed in at 151lbs. on Friday morning.

I am now concentrating on losing 6-10 more pounds - depending on how low I can go.

I recruited 3 more people to hCG protocol and they all started on 1/1/10!!!!!!

Have a great day.

The dosage on that was 3 sprays three times a day for the first 3 days and then down to 3 sprays twice a day for the duration of your VLCDs. Then there was a 3 days at the end where I did the 500 calories with no HCG. I started using the MFC HHCG about half way into my round 2 so I just went with the 2 sprays twice a day. On this last correction round, I went with the same regimine as my original HCG; 3 sprays 3 times a day for the first 3 days and then down to 2 sprays twice a day. I found I was a little hungry w/ only the 2 sprays twice a day so I upped mine to 3 sprays three times a day. I hit the bottom of the bottle 10 times before using (activating). I did spray for my load days. I guess I didn't read that part in the literature. For this correction round, I lost after my first load day. Hmmm, I wonder if that was the reason why (because I used the spray during my load days)? You are to do a mininum of 23 VLCDs. It can be more days though (up to 40). Once you've decided on your number of VLCDs, then you do 2 days after that with 500 calories and no HCG. P3 starts after that. I hope I have answered your questions. If you download the excel spread sheet Lindy put together, it gives you a better indication on the days.
Thank you Sharon and Lindy for sharing your experience and expertise on the spray form of hCG and also thank you to Jennifer for asking many of the questions I had about starting on the MFC oral spray!

Today and tomorrow are loading days. Wednesday starts day 1 of VLCD. I am a little anxious to try the oral spray, hope it compares to the injectable. I just couldn't afford another round through the doctor.
Here's to a New Year of great poundage losses
back Micmac. Let the losing begin.

Thanks again for doing this. It is VERY helpful. I used it on round 1, and I'm using it now. I've already saved another copy set up for round 3.

Let me back up... my LIW for round 1 was 154. I quickly gained up to 159.4. I started round 2 without finishing P3, got down to 152.8, then took my break 12/28-1/3. At the end of those 6 days of eating without caring, I was exactly 159.4 again yesterday morning. After eating all I ate yesterday, I was down .8 today to 158.6.

My stabilization may be late-to-start, and higher than it was, but it sure looks like i may have some sort of stabilization which is a massive improvement. Today's my first day back to VLCD and my shots.

19 more VLCDs, including today, and hopefully I can get down to low 140s and then stabilize somewhere under 150.
Glad you saw a loss there Brown. Your foods yesterday sound divine (especially the brownie). Let the losing continue.

Congrats on maintaining Ayana!!! WTG!!! That's wonderful to have recruited more folks. Once people get past the 500 calories they hear about, then this diet makes total sense. I love your new picture. You're looking beautiful as ever.

But I have a question for you experts. I purchased some homeopathic hcg drops shortly before Christmas. Unfortunately I was out of town when it arrived, and so it sat outside in my mailbox for approximately 7 or 8 days. I am in Northern Virginia and the temps have been below freezing much of that time.

I have read that hhcg can tolerate freezing, but just not heat. But in your alls opinion, do you think this batch of hhcg still usable/effective, or should I scrapt it and purchase another bottle?

Thanks soooo much in advance!

My trip to PR was good.. I enjoyed my friends and family and really didn't worry TOO much about what I ate.

Came back and have been eating kind of whatever I want and per my signature line, I'm 1 pound over LDW but not really doing a correction day.. because I just don't feel like it.

I've been testing my limits, sort of and on NYD, S and I tore into a Brie en croute, made a pork loin roast or something.. had mac and cheese, creamed spinach, ice cream, bread, croissants.. it was a pretty decadent day... and I was only up .6 the next day. So it feels good to eat "bad things" and not be terrified. I go back to work on Monday, so starting tomrrow, I'll work on getting back into range.

OH and my fitbit arrived. It's AWESOME.
I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone who is interested in tracking their calories burned, sleep patterns, steps taken, etc.

I guess it's time I venture out? Or at least think about it. I haven't been home since getting back to LA and I GUESS I should buy groceries and stuff. I hate getting back to real life.

Hope everyone had a wonderful New Years! xo

Awesome losses, Suzy!
I mix ACV and stevia AND, a teaspoon of mustard. All together it makes about a tablespoon of "dressing," which is just enough to give it some kick. Right now I'm eating chicken, strawberries and cucumbers with it and it's delish!!

To all of the newbies...download the weight tracker spreadsheet onto your desktop.....I use it every morning! It is so motivating to plug in that weight and the tracker does the math for you.

Thanks LIndy!

Whew! It has been a great holiday guys

I had my surgery in December, and here I am, two weeks later, starting R2! I am on VLCD 1, my post load weight a level 203 (SO sad to be in 200's again, even if it only illusory, lol!)

I see newbies and old friends still on board...happy 2010 everyone! I hope you're all losers today ;-)

Has anyone on list ever done hCG while having Lyme Disease? Or know of someone who has? I have a friend who called today to see if I had any resources, so...you guys are my first line, lol.

OH, I am so upset. I measured everything to 4 oz and froze it already. I just ate my 4 oz fish, but my chicken for dinner is less than that so hopefully I won't derail too bad and I can remeasure correctly tomorrow.

This isn't a common sentiment here, but I buy a bag of chicken breasts from Trader Joes, and I use one breast as a serving. Sometimes it'sa perfect 3.5 oz. Sometimes it's a little less, sometimes i'ts a little more. I just document in ****** accordingly as i track my calories.
