That waffle looks SO good!!! It does contain baking powder though...isn't that a starch?? Is this recipe good for P3? I am new...so just trying to get it all figured out.

Hello All! I have read A LOT of threads and this one seems like it's full of knowledgeable, successful and helpful people. This is my first post and I am very excited to say that I am down 15 lbs in R1/P2/D18!!! I am a long term yo yo dieter with emotional attachments to food that I am hoping to help break through HCG. Like most of you, I thought I'd "give HCG a try" with the expectation to once again regain. After reading about all of your suggestions and successes, I am super happy at the prospect of actually being successful too...
Anyway, I was going to do a long course but now I've decided to see how a short round goes then do another if need be. I am totally excited to move into P3 this week!! I have been researching like crazy in preparation for maintenance in hopes of having it go smoothly. This site is awesome and I'm very excited to continue the journey with all of you!! Best of Luck! some will say sooner, some will say later...depends on who you ask From my experience with cheese/dairy I would say after the first week (the one that contains ricotta right?) but again it's all in how your body reacts. |

This was so helpful. Starting p3 today. Doing everything the same as in p2 but added in breakfast of 2 eggs with a sprinkle of cheese and a protein shake after my workout

Well I ended up with some natural pb this evening too. It sounded so good! And I got cream in my tea. I'm happy!

Time frame for going off P3 Back to P2
Hi
Just wondering. I'm nearing the end of a 40 day round and have been reading up on P3 - I've been dreaming of scrambled eggs for days on end. However I wanted to know when I can go back to P2 as I still have a bit of weight to lose. I thought it was 6 weeks but it seems some people are doing 3 weeks of P3 and then straight back to P2 - I thought you needed 6 weeks to get rid of any immunity you may have built to the HCG. It would be great if I could go back to P2 in 3 weeks - if this is possble. |

Quick question for anyone checking this thread
I'm a bit out of my window today, day 3 of P3. I was thinking of doing a correction day. Unfortunately, I didn't plan well before leaving for work, and only have some LC chicken divan casserole (already here at work) for lunch. Would doing about 800cals (all LC) today work toward a correction day? Does the "sameness" of the food on the correction day matter more than the calories? I am leaning toward just doing a lower calorie day to see if that will put me back in my window, but worry that it will harm my metabolism. Thoughts? I'm pretty sure the steak correction day is less than 1000 cals too, right? Planning on a low calorie protein shake for dinner to complete the day. Thanks!!

After losing weight doing low carb, I'm now doing Hhcg. I am curious though....is it possible to release weight during phase 3 of the hcg? To me it seems like I would do good with phase 3 since it's basically like Atkins, right?
Or does your body have to adjust from the VLC WOE? |

I have seen so many different correction days, but not the one you are doing. You can be the guinea pig on that one!! Good luck hon!!! And I do believe that the lower calories would be a fine CD to do--when I do my protein shake day I am sure it IS low calorie The important thing to remember/do is up your calories afterwards. You don't want your body thinking it WILL be starving for too long. |
