Weight Loss Tracker for HCG dieters

Here is the WLT!

There is a 23 day protocol page and a 40 day protocol page.

All you need to do is put your height in feet in cell G1 the inches part goes in cell I1 and your goal weight in cell M1. Place your starting weight in cell C4 and you are ready to go.

I searched for "Weight Loss Tracker" and it found only one file. It is there and it did countdown. Can't wait to fill it in.

I made some updates to the WLT. On the other one there is a problem on the 40 day tab with the inches lost calculation. It is minor (my total measurements were off by .5 inch) so if you don't want to change it shouldn't be a problem. I added an average daily weight loss column to this new WLT.

Again, here are the directions to use the WLT.

I also found it by Googling. I love it! It makes it easy to predict dates for starting and ending all the different phases - it really helped me plan my optimal timing to lose as much has I could and still be on P4 during my vacation.

OpenOffice is a free download that allows you to use Microsoft products, like excel.

Google Docs will also work for xls files. Download the tracker to your desktop, then upload it to Google Docs.
