It's that time of year, walked the INSIDE of Wal Mart from stem to stern, and garden area, had to steer dh out of there without getting anything. A/C in there was nice, and other people were in there, basking in the feeling.

Jack LaLanne chair exercises during dh's nap.

No exercise since Monday - have been prepping for a super-duper meeting Friday - not a free minute to spare! I can feel the cortisol just gushing through me - even though I'm still following induction to the letter, my weight loss has stalled. I'm hopeful that with less stress next week, things will get back on track.

Michele, the very mention of cortisol and I fall into the cravings, not a good feeling. Hope that you can sail through the meeting with ease.

BTW, DS is flying to Dallas this weekend to meet a friend that lives in Austin.
Small world huh?

Friday's Exercise:

1 hr Exercise Class

Variety of floor and sink exercises throughout the day.

Walking the DD's dog.

Today is PT day. I went ahead and ordered a recumbent bike through Costco site. I know I'm going to love it. I told Dh he can ride on the other one while I peddle on my new one. We can both be happy peddlers. Haha! His comment was "where are we going to put it??" I said, "right here in the living room." Subject was closed. I love that man!!

Dh has trimmed the rosemary and bank rose. We'll be going for a walk after breakfast to get my knee warmed up for this afternoons pt time.

Weight is coming off again so happy about that too.

You are danged right, Sharon, never put any exercise equipment in some back "spare" room or whatever, or the garage, or basement!!! I want dh to test the ones at Sears, where they have them set up, to see which kind he can get off and on of easily. We won't buy there, though. I don't mind the old bike at all. We have a "tv" room right next to the kitchen area, there is no wall separating both rooms, so I can't use the little tv in the kitchen, because you couldn't hear it. So we are going to change that up this summer, put a tv in the front living room, and my bike would go in there, too bad if it's not what some people like.

Doing the rebounder today, stepping carefully and then the up and down off and on it are like stairs. That's it, have too many other things to do today.

Sharon, hand on to that fella of yours. Sounds like he is a winner.

Quick walk today, worrying about my tire low pressure gauge on the car.
Sure enough the tire was low and losing air. There was a nail in it. Glad I stuck with it. I had the car in a few days ago and they suggested that I see the dealer about turning off the warning. No way. It has been right every time for me so far.

Just finished workout.

Glad you had the tire really checked, Loretta!

We will be walking at the Farmer's Market, and that's it.

Wound up not going to the Farmer's Market, after all, too ultra warm and sticky, so did 45 min. on the bike while dh sat in his chair, miserable that he couldn't get on, but it's done. Doing rolling and stuffing the cabbage rolls now, and son and Silas came by for several hours.
