Menus May 4 ~ May 10
May- Tried to make Kool-Aid - wrong instructions... 8 cups of water won't fit into that little packet.
The year in review.

Sometimes when following directions closely they are not all that clear.

Have a great first week of May, it will lift our spirits.

Saturday's Eats:

B: 1 Dukan pancake w sf syrup drops, cinnamon, sprinkles of psyllium

L: 1 egg, 1 slice deli ham, 1oz cheddar, mushrooms

D: home made burgers, sliced tomatoes, salad greens, blue cheese crumbles

PM: cocoa sprinkled peanuts 1oz

Sunday's eats and guessings and musings

B: at the motel, omelet, fruit cut up nicely, black coffee

L: at In & Out, regular burger, diet coke

Snack ice water here at the motel

D: going to the Chili's across the way, and NO, won't be any diet junk.

Evening snack: ice water and probably nothing

Sunday's Eats:

B: 1 Dukan w cinnamon sprinkles n drops of sf syrup

L: Salad, Romaine, Tomato slices, w dsg, deli ham n cheddar 2 walnuts and a tsp of peanuts

D: home made burger w cheese, tomatoes and a dab of ketchup

PM: cocoa sprinkled peanuts, hot tea

Had Tilapia at Chili's, and they put over 2 cups of broccoli on the plate, too much, and I talked with the waiter, he says they throw away more broccoli every day because of over serving, but the company got a good deal on the stuff, so they over serve, lol.

Having hot black coffee tonight, and they had some cheese cubes out for the people.

Busy day yesterday going to Evansville to be with DGS who made his First Communion.

Sunday: 1 egg, 2 slices bacon, 2 slices raisin toast
Out to eat Mexican. I had a chicken dish served over rice with a cheese sauce. Good but I ate too many chips.
Sweet and sour beans
Kettle corn, CF diet

Just an out of sort eating day.

Monday: coffee
Light and Fit yogurt
lc pumpkin bar
banana w pb & beans
L/o beans w sausage, salad, wine
Snack: peanuts, CF diet soda

B: Chix Tenderloin and Salsa
L: Salad topped with Ham Steak
D: Sweet and Sour Chicken, Veggies
S: Protein shake with broccoli, strawberries, and blueberries

Yes, Loretta, I'm glad you went to attend your grandson's First Communion, too!

Monday's foods

B: scrambled eggs, 2 bacons and black coffee at the motel, and a bowl with some citrus fruits that was wonderful!

L: ham and gruyere cheese sandwich at a café on Downtown Disney, ice tea.

Snack: while waiting for our room to be ready, Starbuck's Skinny Mocha frappachino, and sat and people watched, took pictures and yakked with people from Canada.

D: some kind of fish at a restaurant, not sure which one, but they all have fish. I'm in a fish mode lately.

Evening snack: not sure if I will have anything, but they have every kind of choice here. ;)

Monday's Eats:

L: 1/2 Can of Red Salmon, romaine leaves, 1/2 tomato, sprinkle of turmeric, red pepper flakes, oregano and red wine vinegar over salad

D: home made burger with turmeric, curry, red pepper flakes, romaine leaves, 1/2 tomato, red wine vinegar

PM: SF Cocoa

Well, change my fish for dinner to nice blackened burger patty, lol, cole slaw and large iced tea. Nothing for snack tonight, except ice water. Tomorrow is another day, will see how the food fetish goes then. :)

Snack: rice krispy bar from home

D: something from the sandwich shop down town Disney, have to pick something up for dh there, too.

Evening snack: don't know, cheese pieces likely and black coffee for sure

L: l/o curry burger and stir fry veggies

snack: 3 tbsps of plain Greek Yogurt with 3 tea spoons of a 60 Calorie no sugar added pudding stirred in (Yum)

D: Haddock, malt vinegar, stir fry veggies

PM: SF Cocoa

Michele I've started having a Pumpkin Spice OMM for midday snack. I've been putting a couple of TBS of full fat whipped cream cheese on the top. So good and filling. Ha!

Snack: 5 small soda crackers, CF diet soda

Thur night to Fri. morn.
brks at five pm. chicken salad. about half a cup. not hungry.
lunch 9 pm probably the rest of my salad
supper around 2 am will be omelet with cheese
snack at 6 am 2 hb eggs and a small piece of cheese. (this so far is about my daily menu. tomorrow though I will be having a grilled steak for my breakfast l ol ) with brocolli

Sherry I guess the wine with my evening meal is a habit. I can't count the years I have been having wine (a light blush) with my evening meal, one glass.

snack: 2 tbsp of Greek Yogurt with 1 tsp of calorie reduced pudding
