Hi Sheila,

An OMM is a one minute muffin and there's all kinds. If you go to the recipe section, you'll find them. Basically, it's a mixture of almond meal, flax meal, and artificial sweetener, along with an egg and a few other ingredients. It's all supposed to go into a large wide mug and put in the microwave for one minute. Let me know if you can't find them in the recipe section.

Sharon, I experimented tonight and doubled the pumpkin spice recipe, and split the mixture between 4 ramikens. Voila! It worked perfectly!

Enjoy!
Michele

Playing catch-up...wow! can't believe I haven't posted all week.

Love the talk of the OMM. You do know you can leave the sweetin' out and turn it into a biscuit-like roll for savory uses. I like it with 'scuits n' gravy".. sausage cooked with heavy cream simmered 'til it thickens a bit.

Well....see if I can post my meals this week...

Sunday - 1000 kcals
B. 1 egg, bacon, mini bagel, orange
S. half a chicken breast, half apple, a bit of may and some walnuts to make chicken salad, with Mary's Gone crackers (a commercial sesame seed cracker)
s. Dreyer's light rocky road

Monday - 980 kcals
B. Jimmy Dean light muffin

S. Carne asada burrito...later lo bundt red velvet cake...

Tuesday- 1024 kcals
B. usual, 1 egg, 2 bacon, mini bagel
L/S. soft taco, lettuce, pico de gallo (made at student''s house), later nachos (chips & cheese) and a Kind bar

Wednesday - 1351 kcals
B. Jimmy Dean light muffin
L. lo pizza
S. baked potato, butter, sour cream, cheese
s. Dreyer's light rocky road

Thursday - 1473 kcals
B. mini bagel with cream cheese
L. Chinese - orange chicken, kung pao chicken with chow mein [ left overs in fridge
D. Sisterhood Mother's Day dinner - Chinese chicken salad, watermelon and berry pie

Friday - 1166 kcals
B. usual, egg, bacon, mini bagel
s. choco-covered almonds
S. Salmon, cheese tortellini (no sauce), tomato with fresh basil (bought a beautiful plant at the marketo, just hope I don't kill it as usual)

Well, that's the week's eats...still fasting this morning, so don't know what's on tap for today...will add later. Although as I wrote this, I remembered the other piece of salmon, so that's for breakfast for sure..
