Hello From the North East of England

Hiya Everyone. I am tired of yo yo yo dieting, being tired all of the time being overweight. I have dabbled in low carb but run out of option and the will to carry on. I have never registered on a site before. Found this thread, sounds perfect, so her I am am. I have 40-50lbs to lose. I am off on a spa break for the weekend (belated birthday present). So will have a chill out and cleanse and get straight into it. Although I am doing the best I can now and looking for low carb option.

Hope to find like minded people who can help me, as I know very little about low carbing

Jo

Hey Jo, welcome...we've some friends from England that pop in every once in a while, so glad to have another. I know what you mean about losing the same few pounds and finding it again. Me too, that's why I jumped on the JUDDD wagon and wound up losing 60 pounds. We're an eclectic group with each of us doing our own thing, but mainly low carbing. It really does boil down to finding what works for you and sticking to it.

We're here to support each other, commiserate when needed and encourage what that is needed...we've the menu and exercise threads to help keep us on track. Welcome again, and hope you stick around long enough to get to know us and we, you...good luck with your journey.

Jo!

Come here daily for support. We are a great support group.

What part of the N. W. England are you from?
I am originally from Cheshire. My hubby was from Lancashire.
Small world huh?

Hi Jo,

I am new too, and have about the same amount of weight to lose. Enjoy your spa experience (envy)! I think a cleanse is a terrific way to get started.

Hi Jo glad to have you join in with us Golden's.

Be patient with yourself as you make some changes in your way of eating. It takes time and perseverance. You can do it.
