Great job, Dianne! I'm an all or nothing person too, so I get what you mean there. Sounds like you've got a good plan and you are definitely getting great results!

Still felt bad yesterday so no exercise for me, but I feel better today and will be able to get back with it soon!

Wow! WTG Dianne. You sure are motivated to make this happen.
11lbs gone already.
I am a true believer in breaking things down into sizeable chunks too.
I try to sneek in some movement every hour so I am not sitting for too long.

AS Loretta said so eloquently the other day:- This is how it goes: EAT LESS AND EXERCISE MORE

This way WE do get results.

I am just working on my first 10lbs I am almost there.

I am signed up for 3 classes a week. Last week I missed 2 of them.
I must get to them all this week and lots of exercise at home in between.
That's the Plan for this week.

Sitting in the car, mostly, but did wind up walking around a Wal Mart in Winslow Arizona because dh forgot swim trunks and wanted to get a new pair there and not at Disneyland......... Walked at the other casino after lunch. But that is it.

Doris, even though you didn't walk or exercise as much as you may have liked today -- you are still lapping everyone on the couch!!!
