Good morning-

Snow in April. This is the reason I never wanted to move back to Chicago. Instead it came and found me. Bob took these from the sun room window this morning.

cheers!

Wow, nice weather pictures and moon pictures

There is still a cold wind here, but the tree guys came, it only took them a bit over an hour to take down the tree, barely had time to notice or watch, but it needed to be removed, 2 broken branches and part of the tree rubbed on the roof all the time. Will place a bird bath on the spot, we think Love all the birds, hummingbirds, 3 different kinds already, and Cardinal pair making a nest somewhere near.

Sending good thoughts to all of you, we are so busy lately. dh decided to mulch the front flower/bush beds, keeps having to buy bag after bag of the stuff, already bought 12, and still need 6 more, he thinks. So will go after the doctor aptt. this afternoon to get some more...........

Linda, so many of you northeasterners have had a return to winter for sure. Dang!!

Sorry to go on and on again, friends.

Good morning all. Won't talk about weather except to commiserate with all who are still getting the Winter stuff.. sending good vibes to you and hoping you will soon be clear of the cold stuff.

Busy few days for me capped by a niece from Sacramento popping in to say howdy...rather than make a vegetarian meal for them, will take them out for lunch. But it's a flying trip so no more than howdy, hugs and goodbye again.

Guess I'd best get moving as it's going to be a long day with lots of mingling...have a great day all and i may bbl...

Dropping in for afternoon tea with you Gals.

Yes, the weather on the North East is back in the deep freeze.
Glad I am down here, loving the healing sunshine.
Only another 10 days and then back to reality. Ha!

Doris, Love those hydrangeas I would love to grow those in my garden. Not sure what kind of climate they would need. I love all the different colours.
I agree a bird bath will be fun and food for the senses. I love to see all the birds too. I have been watching them down here. There are two different types of herons that fish in the lake, along with the bull frogs croaking just after supper.

Linda, did you get that Rx changed? Hope so.

Mary, are they the couple that want to go hiking in your area. At least it breaks the day up huh?

Louise, Yikes on the frigid pics from your sun room.

Michele, that pic is just awesome. Needless to say, I wasn't up to see it, was around 2 am here.

Waving to All and hope to back posting more regularly upon my return home.

Thanks Michele for that wonderful picture. No way could I stay up.

Enjoy those last 10 days there Susan. I'm sure it is still very cold up there in Canada.

Beautiful day here.
Well a while back I won a gift certificate to a jewelry store for a thousand dollars.I'm so out of the liking of the stuff. This morning Dh and I went to Lafayette to the store,a little hole in the wall place.Looked around ...nothing,didn't like a thing, made about three passes still nothing.I was looking for a tri colored gold chunky bracelet, none, told the lady I'll come back with my DD.lol DH had a gc from Best Buy for $50,do you know how far that goes there, got a cube to plug in my I pad,a styles, ten bars of candy and two cokes. Now if the big gc would have been for there I would have a nice new I-Pad.lol
Stopped in to the casino and DH won 25 hundred,so the day was a blast and not loss.Did a lot of laughing for bonus.
Have a great rest of the day and evening.

Oh Gladys, that is a wonderful story!! lol Wouldn't you know, your thousand would be for a jewelry store though, dang!! I don't care much for jewelry at all, either, would much rather have that gift certificate for some other place. How lucky your husband is, too, as I've said before, people should pay you, to get to rub your arm or something, for luck!!

The wind is so cold still here, another night to snuggle under the comforter, and heater on, but it will end by next week, I'm sure. Grandson is sick, has a cold, but was better today, but son and daughter in law weren't, dil can't talk, and son has a cough. We wonder if we will get it in a week or so, since we spent a lot of time with grandson Saturday and Monday, both of us did, dh even shared food and a bowl and spoon, something he is not supposed to do.

Have a good evening. I'll post the roll call later on, per usual.

Susan, suddenly, your time in Florida doesn't seem as long as it should have been............?
