D: grilled steak, baked potato, and Caesar salad, lots of salad, even dh had a lot this time, because the kids were here. black coffee
Evening snack: Italian ice, 2 cuplets, and light baby bel cheese rounds, 2 of them. cut up strawberries later on, black coffee through out the day.
