You might give this a try if you are looking for some energy.

Rub your ears to boost energy:
Instead of reaching for another cup of coffee, give your ears a gentle self-massage.
According to Chinese medicine, stimulating the pressure points in the ears increases blood circulation to all parts of the body, giving you an instant energy boost.

Haven't tried it yet myself.

Have a great week folks.

I sat up in bed this morning, and rubbed my ears, waited and rubbed some more, but didn't notice anything, need to try it in the afternoon, when I'm about to do the weights or Jack LaLanne's. It could work like acupuncture, for a little while, but goes away.

Wednesday's foods

B: brussel sprouts, leftover, onions, browned, garlic, 1/2 cup egg subs. grated Colby jack on top. lots of black coffee sips

L: German rye bread, liverwurst, sandwich. Black olives in a bowl. black coffee

Snack: grape tomatoes, and some artichoke pieces from the jar. black coffee

D: kippered snack from the can, and Sara Lee toasts, spinach salad from the bag. black coffee

Evening snack: Skinny Cow frozen bar, and light laughing cow cheese or Jell-O cuplet, 60 cal. black coffee

Turned into a busy day for me...after the center, I stopped by the market to pick up a spaghetti squash for my funeral "not-potatoes" and a chicken for dinner with the sister missionaries...then spent all afternoon fixing and preparing...

B. pero, with a mozzarella stick and a Kind bar

L. Carl's Jr. Big Carl, diet soda, but ate only about a quarter of the bun...enjoyed the patties, tho.

S. grilled chicken (on the New Nu-Wave, yummy), funeral not-potatoes, broccoli, half a bread stick, strawberries over half an angel food cakette, lemon/ginger tea.

almost 1500 kcals...nice up day.
